The act of jealousy (part one)

It was a hot steamy day as sweat broke on my face tingling down my neck downwards to the contour of my breast making me feel sticky. I was smashing a tennis ball under the heat of the scorching sun with Mr. Rivers, my late Grandfather's attorney, and the former president. We are playing a friendly tennis ball match at the country club, and I keep losing. As old and weary Mr. Rivers is, his strikes are way too solid like that of a professional tennis ballplayer. Whilst I smash the ball like an exhausted pig. I think I will add tennis to the box of things I hate doing.

When Mr. Rivers suggested we have a tennis match I couldn't turn him down. He was my late grandfather's close friend. I thought it wise to develop a close relationship with him, and through him, I could get to know who my grandfather was. And also I will need his guidance and sage of ideas to run the Corporation.
