Crazy or not?

I turned to see everyone's bewildered face.

"I swear I saw a dead cat… I…" Words failed me as I try making sense of what just happened.

The look on everyone's face is screaming, they think I am acting up.

"I'm not crazy. I swear I saw it and the writing…." I kept chanting in a mantra manner, my index finger pointing at the wall.

I dropped my face into my hands. Every muscle in my body quivered in fear as I sunk to my knees on the bathroom floor.

"Dear," Carmen wrapped her warm arms around my shoulders and nudge me to upheaved myself up. She guides me back to my bed.

I stream my hands through my hair rocking back and forth, my heart race keeps cresting. My eyes were glued on my feet not daring to meet anyone's eyes. I know what I will find on their faces. That look everyone shoots at the superstitious crazy old lady.
