Chapter 9: Sit Down

As Arcadia was filled with emotions of wanting to kill Gustave David held him. He helped to calm him down.

"Let's go have breakfast," replied Arcadia to him as he sat down.

With that they headed inside. Norris in the meantime reached the outskirts of Gateway city with his Kingsguard Knights.

As he got out of his bulletproof Hummer Limousine and a man got up off of a Mercedes Benz Jeep.

As he reached Norris he said, "Good evening General."

"Ngamla is coming to town and knowing him he will crash at Chestnut. I need him taken out," replied Norris to him.

"With all respect boss! Actions have consequences and these come with heavy ones. Ngamla's reputation is very highly recommended," replied Gerardo, head of the Crusaders.

"We all have to start somewhere. I expect results as soon as he settles in," replied Norris as he walked away.

Meanwhile back at Ngamla Regime Stronghold

Meanwhile Arcadia sat down with his brothers at the table meanwhile their security sat on both sides. Dylan and Crystalline sat behind Arcadia in their white chairs and Malcolm sat beside him as his Master of War.

Ghost picked up an apple and said, "I see you are living well brother. Mom would have been proud."

Arcadia chuckled and then said, "Mom! Funny you should mentioned mom considering you are the reason she is dead. It is like you kill everything."

"For the thousandth time, I am sorry I built the bombs Gustave dropped on your son." Replied Ghost to him.

"You need to forgive and forget!" Yelled Gustave to him.

Arcadia squeezed a glass until it broke and then he said, "You slaughtered my son so your boss's lieutenant could escape! Not to mentioned you forgave this Quack!"

Gustave jumped up and before he could respond the Kingsguard Knights pointed Laser dots all over his body and the Legionary Warriors held spears on his security detail.

Arcadia looked at him and yelled, "What! I should kill you right now! Firstly for my family and lastly for betraying the Wellers!"

David vamped to Arcadia, held him and then said, "Don't do this! You are bigger than this!"

"They deserve to die! Death is the only thing they deserve," replied Arcadia to him.

"Brother! We don't want a war. Five minutes, five that's all I need. You get to kill them if you don't like what I have to say," replied David to him.

Arcadia nodded and then he said, "Dylan! Stay with them! If I am not back in ten minutes remove their heads."

"Glady your Grace," replied Dylan as he stood up.

A few moments later Arcadia, Malcolm, David and Crystalline were gathered on the beach.

David quickly asked, "Are we secure?"

"You can speak freely here," replied Arcadia to him as Malcolm sat down.

"What the fuck happen in Gateway City! You were supposed to lay low and play it cool! Not chop off the head of the Director of National Defense!" Yelled David to him.

As Arcadia chuckled Crystalline asked, "He is apart of this?"

"Yep! He is my half brother and the head of The Resistance. We have been trying to take House Morningstar out of power for years, long before the Wellers. And now here we are," replied Malcolm to her.

"You two are here to guide him! You are here to ensure he doesn't make stupid decisions like than in slaughtering people! That is your purpose! Oh and by the way FYI House Phoenix commands the Royal Army.

Lord Dornel Phoenix will not bring his army to the shores of a place where Ngamla is strongest. So great plan in pissing Norris off," David quickly told them.

"Look you said get his attention and Diplomatically I did! I just miscalculated who was in charge," replied Weller to him.

"Allies! Get Allies that is what I said! Half of the county hates him. Strengthen the weak ones against him that is what I said!

At no time did I say remove the head of the most loved woman in the Defense industry.

Unfortunately the Security Council can act outside of the Council in security related matters. If you lose control of Series 9 Space Station your forces in Deep Space and House Titan will be blind.

Fortunately DIA Counterterrorism unit hasn't figure it out yet. But they are digging hard so I give them months.

Well 95% all said no! And move a strong army from any corner you risk House Weller falling. So you have one move on the chess board left." David quickly told him.

"Which is?" A curious Malcolm quickly asked him.

"To come to the Capital and accept Norris's job offer." Replied David to him.

Arcadia chuckled and as he did Crystalline said, "We aren't interested in bending the knees for that clown. He will be Arcadia's boss and that is hell."

"What she said." Arcadia quickly told him.

"Master of Wars!" David quickly yelled at him.

Arcadia stepped to him and asked, "Master of Wars as in Master of Wars the head of the Security Council?"

"Yep! That is the same one," replied David to him.

"What is the significant of the position in Norris's Empire," asked Malcolm to him.

"The Master of Wars is the Commander in chief of all Nagaland Forces and heads the Security Council. Which in turn runs Security, Defense and Intelligence Communities.

In lay man's terms I would run the military and security presence." Replied Arcadia to him.

"In addition you would have a Royal Council board seat representing the Security Council, power to create your own laws as it relates to National security and also you oversee the holdings of the Empire.

And you, answer to the Royal Council that technically answers to me. To all intense and purposes Norris is just a, chairman that shows up for a board meeting.

You don't have worry about him." Replied Arcadia to him.

"Norris would never agree to that. That would mean Ngamla is his boss." Malcolm quickly told him.

Arcadia then said, "The last time I checked the Master of Wars didn't have so much power. What happened?"

"Well long story short after your brothers put that idiot in charge and he brought many troubles to our shores.

Troubles like businessman Donovan Hawthorne and the whole Hawthorne Affiliated Group.

They have robbed billions but fortunately he lives in the capital and rule the Earth Corporation.

It provides work for the capital and Nagaland Empire but he makes a lot of profit through us owing him billions.

With that a few years ago we passed a few laws that gives us control of the Military and Finances. But the Palace Security Guards, Kingsguard Knights, Queensguard Knights and Royal Secret Service answer to the Royal Design Group which answers him" Replied David to him.

Arcadia exhaled heavily as he looked out at the sea and asked, "What about the Reach Society?"

"They will answer to you and House Weller. By Royal decree they will all change his name.

He has to reveal his true nature and you just have to play it smart. You need his allies on your side.

You get her and you rule the 11th realm. Free Daniel Anderson and you have Blackwater Bay and the 10th Realm.

Play it smart and you eventually become the Emperor." Replied David to him.

Arcadia then said, "Fine! But if that boy pisses me off I will end his natural life."

With that Arcadia walked off and they headed back to the table.

As he sat down Ghost asked, "How we looking?"

"Arcadia is your new boss and we will all go home together," replied David as Arcadia chuckled.
