Flashback (Zod)

I was going back to my chambers when I heard voices from Tenia's chambers luckily the door was not fully shut so I peeked in and saw a man talking to her,

"I believe you are the new head of security duty for the Karan tribe? " Tenia said while looking at her nails not really paying attention,

"Yes I was assigned not too long ago but I am not here because of that I am here because I believe we have a common enemy and that makes us friends, " the man said smiling fully,

"And who may that be? " Tenia asked still paying little to no attention to the man, I wonder how he even got in here, in her chambers for that matter,

"Karth, leader of the Hnerez tribe, " the man said smiling wickedly and this time he got her full attention, she instantly turned to him,

"And you want revenge for? " she asked and stood up in front of him,

"He was my best friend and he hurt me real bad I just want that in return," he smiled wickedly,

"Call me Tenia, " she offered her hand smiling wickedly too, he kissed her hand and returned the smile,

"Rik... Call me Rik, " he said looking in her eyes

Now.  

Caz (narration) 

I went to my room I felt like I was physically realising steam I was so pissed that damn Rik..... I just want to kill him!! I was still pacing around and I decided to lie down a bit I forced myself to take a nap but it didn't work so I just stared at the ceiling and I recalled all the bad stuff I have done in my past, I betrayed my own tribe by working for the Dargorth, I left my sister, I killed people to survive, I have done bad things but I want to change for the better..... To change for Nen I know she probably hates me but I want to show her I can be her big brother again

I was pulled from my thoughts by the opening of my door, I sat up and saw Nen at the door looking pissed,

I sat up and got ready for a lecture of a lifetime but instead she came and sat close to me and laid her head on my shoulder,

We sat know silence for some time, and suddenly I heard a tiny laugh____wait is she giggling right now!

"I am sorry it is just that I liked it when you punched Rik it was just perfect I love you for that, " Nen laughed and I just ended up laughing too, we laughed and it felt good really,

"I warned him the first time he came here didn't I?" I asked and she nodded understanding,

"I know you did but can you try not to go punching people around for me dear brother, " she said looking at me,

"I am not promising anything dear sister if anyone wrongs you they will have to deal with me, " I said proud and she laughed then hugged me,

"Thanks Caz I appreciate that, " she said and we highfived ____wow it is like the old times,

"I am really happy you are here brother, " she said and laid her head back on my shoulder, I smiled proud

Nen and I went down to have dinner and when we arrived everyone looked at us and Nen went and sat next to Karth and I sat in my usual place near Sel and I saw him grinning, I raised an eyebrow at him,

"Hey I was not here but I was told you had a fight with Rik huh? " he asked grinning again, I just smiled and shrugged,

"Come on tell me everything come on, " he insisted bumping my shoulder a bit when he realized I was not telling,

"Well I punched him end of story, " I said putting food on my plate,

"Really? Ooh I can't believe I missed it that jerk needs more than punching, " he said and I smiled glad I was not the only one who thinks like that,

"Everyone knows about it even outside the tower, " he whispered laughing and I raised an eyebrow at him,

"People just can't quit with the gossip, I can't believe this how does everyone else know? " I asked rhetorically,

"Well I don't know man, " he went back to eating and I shook my head at him, clearly that was a rhetorical question,

I just dug in and looked around the table I saw Santi seated next to Farath ____wait since when does she sit next to Farath, I guess I never noticed before

After dinner I just went for a little walk because I didn't have any sleep,

"Hey Caz where are you coming from at this time? " Tora asked and I just said I was just taking a little walk, she nodded then proceeded to where she was going and left.

Tenia (narration) 

"Your majesty my source told me that commander Zod is in the tower, " Bale said and bowed down,

Mmh now why would he be in the tower I sent him to get the metal, it is a good thing I have another person there, my dear Rik by the time those idiots realise that he is just apart of my game it will be too late,

"Your majesty what are we going to do about him?" Bale said and I looked at him amusingly,

"He probably went to the tower so that he can befriend them and then carry on with the plan, " I said and Bale scoffed,

"I am sorry your majesty but what if that is not the case what he actually betrayed us, " he said and I couldn't help but think of it but there is no way Zod can do that he is too loyal to me, I have him in the palm of my hand

"Well he knows not to betray me or he will pay in the worst way possible, next time do not try to think for me do you understand me? " I asked with a wicked smile, and he bowed and left me alone

I know Rik will keep an eye on him because Zod doesn't even know Rik is on my side so nothing to worry about

Karth ( narration)

I was in my office working on some paper work I had to wake up early to get down here, i was looking through some papers when I heard a knock on the door,

"Come in, " I said and went back to the paper work,

I looked up when I heard the door opening, I saw it was Zod, what could he possibly want this early morning,

"Thank you leader Karth, I just wanted to tell you something important I hope I am not interrupting your work, " he said and looked down, of course he was interrupting but I couldn't tell him that,

"What is it you wanted to tell me? " I asked and told him to sit, I was curious anyway,

"Those men that were fighting yesterday umm I don't know how to tell you this but one of them works for Tenia, " he said and looked down, well that is not a surprise because Caz told us already he was working for Sera who was in a lot of stuff probably even the Dargorth queen so that was not surprising,

"Well he confessed and because he is Nen's brother I forgave him because he said he is going to change, " I said and now Zod looked at me confused,

"Your partner's brother is the head of the Karan security duty? " he asked and I raised an eyebrow, clearly confused,

"What no!  What are you talking about? " I was extremely confused,

"I am talking about the head of the Karan security duty one of those men yesterday is the head of the Karan security duty, " he said and I nodded my head,

"Yes Rik is the head of the Karan security duty, " I said assuring him, my papers already forgotten,

"Yes he is the one I am talking about? " he said leaning on the table, I looked at him waiting for what he wants to say,

"That man Rik he is the one I am talking about he works for Tenia, " Zod said and my eyes got wide,

I did not see that coming!!

"What!! " I said and he looked at me and assured me, I cannot believe Rik will always be a two faced bastard,

"Yes he is her lover and he also works with her, so imagine my surprise when I saw him yesterday, "he said,

My God!!____Nen was right how could I trust that he wants to help my tribe when he is even rarely at his job he has been here for weeks and probably reporting back to the queen, I looked at Zod and he looked down, I should have seen this coming, I have to talk to Noth and Farath

Rik (narration)

I entered my room and locked the door I know no one suspects me as per now I had gotten a little piece of the metal from the weapon room I snatched when Tora was not seeing me, I sat on my bed and looked at the metal and smiled big, ooh how Tenia is going to be happy with me, even that idiotic second in command of hers she told me she sent couldn't get it for her, now with this tiny piece alone we shall be able to improve our weapons

I was not worried about him because I know for some reason Karth trusts me the only people I should beware of are Noth and Farath because they don't trust me but I gonna continue putting on my show they will continue trusting me

I smiled as I thought of how stupid Karth is he has always been stupid by the time Tenia is finished with them, they will not even see it coming, now I just have to wait to take this to her
