Something weird

"Is something wrong, teacher?"

"No, there's nothing wrong, Erebus."

[But why are you smiling like that then?]

The smile Erebus was referring was a beautiful smile that showed how happy Iyan actually was. If someone saw him right now, they would be blinded by his smile, but Erebus and even Ryuu just founded it scary. For them it seemed like a devil planning something dangerous. If they could they would have ran for their lives. But they couldn't because they knew that they would awaken the demon inside teacher Iyan.

"It's just, I saw something funny."

[What was so funny you smiled like that?]

The two of them were really scared. If they knew what he found funny they would make it so that he could never watch something like that to avoid that smile.

"You're not going in, teacher?"

Even when Ryuu wanted to run away from there he still was polite child.

"No, I just wanted to see how everyone would interact with each other. But it seems like interacting with each other would be difficult."

They didn't understand why it would be difficult. Everyone seemed to get along yesterday so why would it suddenly change?

"You guys go in and you'll understand me."

With that they entered their classroom with a deep breath. They were happy that they could go away from the teacher but were scared what happened inside. But in the end, the two of them realized that nothing could be scarier than teacher Iyan.

The door opened and every pair of eyes looked at them.

*GULP*

"It's a bit scary…", Ryuu mumbled silently.

They could feel that the atmosphere was a bit weird. It was quiet, it was like that were scared to make too much noise. The only noise that came was at the backside.

While looking at the backside they saw three familiar people. Ryuu wanted to go there and ask why the atmosphere was so weird. But before he could take a step to them, Erebus stopped him.

Ryuu couldn't see it, but Erebus could. He could feel the hostile air around the two people they were chatting together just yesterday.

It felt like they would skin them alive if hey took a step closer to them.

Ryuu didn't mind that Erebus stopped him, he thought that he would have a good reason for that. But it's just that he was too curious about what happened that he didn't follow Erebus's 'orders'.

"Hey guys.", Ryuu said with his handsome smile.

"Do you guys know why it's so weird here?"

"Weird?", Kai said with that scary smile.

"Yeah, weird.", even when seeing that smile Ryuu didn't budge.

He saw scarier ones, like a teacher he knows… Or maybe it's just that he didn't notice it.

While Ryuu was asking this, Erebus was silently cursing Ryuu in his head.

[It's weird here because of them, idiot!]

"I don't think it's weird her.", Eira said with the same smile as Kai.

"It's definitely weird here."

Ryuu said full confidence.

"Really?"

Kai and Eira looked at him confused.

"Ye-"

"Shut up!"

But before Ryuu could speak further he was topped by Ryuu.

[How couldn't he have felt that.]

Every time he said that it was weird here the more it felt like it got colder and colder. If he didn't stop him, he got a feeling that they would have beaten him up.

"I'm sorry, just ignore him."

"It's okay, I don't mind it, do you?"

"No, I don't mind it as well."

[That's not what your face says!]

This was latterly what everyone thought excluding Ryuu who still hasn't notice anything.

With that Erebus dragged Ryuu to the other side of the classroom. He didn't want to sit on his eat. He felt like he could die if he sat there. Maybe he wouldn't even dare to breath.

[Was this what he found funny?]

He couldn't understand why he found it funny to see his own students suffering.

[I knew it. He really is a demon.]

With that he once again deepened his believe that his homeroom teacher is in actually a demon.

"Why did you take me away?"

"You just shut up if you want to live."

Ryuu didn't understand why but just listened to Erebus.

*RING* *RING*

The bell rang to announce that class will almost begin.

"We're going now."

"Yeah, see you later."

With that Eira and Kai left, and the tense air became smooth again.

[They're finally gone.]

Lucius found it awkward how they acted. Everyone would if their friend came and made everyone scared. He swears that some didn't even dare to breath.

The only one who came to talk almost died.

[I saw that Eira was already ready to fight.]

One by one the other students who weren't here yet came.

It was kind of good that they didn't experience that but it at the same time it wasn't.

The last one who came was Narcys. Lucius wanted to greet him, but teacher Iyan was already in the class.
