Who're you talking about?" asked Adam innocently
"Charlotte of course!" replied Princess irritated
"Oh really I don't know you to be this shallow!" said Adam irritated and he started walking fast before he would allow her to reply to him.
"Adam please wait. Am sorry!" replied Princess running after him breathlessly.
So, fasten your seatbelts, as this part of the story is filled with excitement, tension, and conflict between characters.
**Story continues**
The cafeteria was filled with the sounds of students chattering, forks clinking against plates, and laughter. Charlotte and Vivian were seated at a table, enjoying their lunch while chatting and laughing. Suddenly, the room fell silent as Ivie and Iris approached their table with a scornful look on their faces.
Vivian looked up at them and asked, "What do you want?"
Ivie snickered and said, "We heard you won the quiz."
Vivian smiled and replied, "Yes, we did. It was so much fun!"
Charlotte interjected, "You guys should have joined us. It was a great way to spend our lunchtime."
Iris and Ivie hissed at them before walking away from the table. Charlotte shook her head and said, "Those troublesome girls always seem to be up to no good."
"Don't mind them," reassured Vivian.
Caleb walked over to them, grinning from ear to ear. "Hey, ladies!" he exclaimed.
"Hi!" Charlotte and Vivian said in unison.
"I can see your girls are in a good mood," replied Caleb smiling
"Yes, we're!" said Vivian cheerfully
"I guess we should celebrate our success, what do you think Charlotte!" he said
"Yes with Adam and Samson, Viv and you and I," replied Charlotte
"Where are we celebrating it?" asked Vivian
"At the lounge!" replied Caleb giggling
"Oh, it's okay!" said Vivian cheerfully
"Yes!" replied Charlotte happily
"And please don't bring those girls!" said Vivian frankly
"Duh!" chuckled Caleb
"I'm serious, they're not invited!" replied Vivian
"I won't bring them," replied Caleb grinned and they all left the cafeteria
Later in the day, Charlotte, Vivian, and Caleb met at the lounge with some other kids from the school.
"Congratulations guys!" said Idris
"Constitution once again," said Emma
"Wow what's going on here?" entered Princess startled at the sight of them
"What do you mean Princess, we're celebrating!" replied Adam softly
"Really and you couldn't tell me," said Princess annoyed
"Sorry, it escaped my mind," replied Adam, while Charlotte and Vivian looked at each other puzzled
Princess looked at them, contemptuously and sat beside Adam.
"What are we having?" asked Princess smiling at Adam
"You can order anything you want," said Adam
Suddenly Iris and Ivie entered the lounge
"Iris!!" said Vivian silently and she turned to Caleb immediately red in the face
"I didn't invite them, trust me," replied Caleb instantly
"Look we're here!" said Iris
"The Science Student!" replied Ivie
"What do you want?" asked Emma
"Nothing, I can see you're celebrating!" replied Iris scornfully
"Yeah do you want to join us?" asked Princess contending
"Look who's talking," smirked Ivie
"Don't mind her, let's go girl!" replied Iris rudely
They walked out away from them and sat at the other side chitchatting
"Those girls are not up to anything good," said Emma
"Good for Princess!" said Vivian silently
"Uhmm!" replied Caleb caught them talking against Princess
"What?" asked Vivian dumbfounded
"I heard you two," replied Caleb
"Duh!" said Vivian
"I heard of the upcoming birthday Idris!" said Princess suddenly
"Yeah," replied Idris
"Where are you celebrating it?" All eyes were on him immediately and he was reluctant to reply
"At my house!" said Idris finally
"Whoa really?" asked Adam
"Yeah." replied Idris and added again "I'm inviting all my classmates. No one is exempted," he said
"That's nice," replied Charlotte
"Yeah!" said Caleb
"It's getting late Viv. I need to start going home," said Charlotte
"Okay, dear. Good night guys. See you in school tomorrow." said Vivian
"Good night Adam," said Charlotte
"Good night Charlotte," replied Adam
They waved them goodbye and went outside from the lounge. Charlotte got home and was already home with her family
"So how was the outing," asked Deborah
"It was fine," replied Charlotte
"I guess you guys were celebrated at the lounge," said Deborah
"Not at all. We did it ourselves," said Charlotte
"Hmmmm. Rich kids." chuckled Deborah
"Duh. I'm going to bed," said Charlotte grinned
"Aren't you eating tonight," said Deborah
"I'm okay. Good night," replied Charlotte
"Good night," said Deborah
The next day at school, everyone was still talking about the quiz
"Girl you're now a superstar" said Viv
"Really," asked Charlotte eyes widening
"Everyone wants to be your role model," said Vivian chuckled
"That's good," replied Charlotte
"Tomorrow's Idris's birthday," declared Vivian excited
"Yes it's true," said Charlotte
"What are you wearing to the birthday party?" asked Vivian
"I don't know yet and you?" said Charlotte
"I have one gown that my aunt sent from abroad!" replied Vivian merrily
"Really?" asked Charlotte eyes widening
"Yeah!" replied Vivian smiling
"I would like to see the dress," said Charlotte grinned
"Okay we'll go home together then," replied Vivian happily
"Yeah," said Charlotte
"Settled down class," entered the English teacher
Everyone sat down quietly and the teacher faced the whiteboard and she started writing.

Later in the day, Charlotte went to Vivian's house to see the dress that Vivian mentioned. On getting to the house they met Vivian's mother going out
"Hi Charlotte how you doing?" asked Vivian's mother
"I'm fine ma good afternoon." replied Charlotte
"How was studies today hope it wasn't stressful!" asked mother
"Not at all ma, thanks."replied Charlotte
"Mommy, are you going out?"asked Vivian
"Yes, baby girl."said mother
"Mommy I forget to tell you. I will be going out for one of my friend's birthday party tomorrow."said Vivian
"Okay."replied mother
"Yes, Mommy."said Vivian
"At where baby girl?"asked mother
"Not too far from the lounge!"replied Vivian
"All right make sure you come home early goodbye."warned mother
"Thanks, Mommy." replied Vivian happily The two kids quickly rushed inside the room and they later settled down to eat.
Vivian was eating golden morn with milk while Charlotte was eating bread and butter
"Where's the dress, Vivian?"asked Charlotte immediately
"You can't wait to see my dress right?" chuckled Vivian
"I can't wait to see the dress baby girl." grinned Charlotte
Vivian got up from the floor and moved to her wardrobe. She was searching for the dress.
" I think, it's here." declared Vivian excited
She brought out the clothes outside for Charlotte to see it.
