Chapter 2: Questions and requests to the Goddess.

Suddenly Yua feels light and she is transported to a blank room

A Woman with Golden hair and golden eyes approaches Yua and says,

"You have done me, Ancre, a great service in saving the blessed one of that world."

"Blessed?"

"Yes, a person who, blessed by a god, brings upon great change to a land, in that instance, that kid would grow up to bring an end to a future war through peaceful means."

Oh ok… But hey! Why couldn't you save him! I wanted to live…"

"You probably understand gods can't make direct contact with worlds and about your living part, you would have been able to feel nothing but pain for the rest of your life, you would have also been paralyzed for the rest of your life."

"Yeah… But…Ok…"

The Goddess Ancre sits down at a suddenly appeared Boss desk and a fine brown leather chair, pulling a chair towards her that trips Yua into sitting in a stereotypical visitor's chair.

"So let's discuss business."

"Business?"

"Yes."

Yua then looks around and asks,

"Am I in heaven?"

"If that helps explain this bizarre setting, then yes!"

Yua is in a nearly blank plane, except for the desk and two chairs she is at. She is being talked to by a goddess-like figure named "Ancre." Who has named herself patron goddess, She is a tall woman in a robe with golden hair and what seem like golden eyes. She is, at the moment, sitting with Yua talking business like.

"I have transported you here to discuss your future plans."

"Plans? But aren't I dead?"

"Yes, but I wish to reincarnate you as a guardian."

"Re-Reincarnate me? As a Guardian? Better yet, a guardian of what?"

"I want you to use this good mind set and protect where I send you, but not on Earth again, somewhere new and exciting."

"Like a fantasy realm? With Elves and Dwarves!"

"Exactly! See you catch on quickly."

"So now, what am I going to do?"

"I am going to send you to a world where there is a lot of inner turmoil. I wish for you to become lord of this new place. The previous god abandoned their post and decided to live among them, lazily and comfortably in a palace in the Kingdom of Demi-Human. I want you to protect the world, even though I can't grant you divinity, yet."

"I don't think I would want to be a goddess anyways..."

"That's good. I want you to learn this world once you get there. And I want you to find out about this world on your own accord. Now if you have any final requests about your previous life..."

"If that is the case, Can you make sure my sister doesn't turn into a shut-in and that my family doesn't split up after my death."

"I believe I can do that."

"Thank you very much!!! , now what is this New World like?"

"It will be, what you would call in your world, a fantasy world, it is a world inhabited by many races from Human to Devilkin."

"Devilkin?"

"They are not evil even with their frightful name, the fact of the matter is that they actually revolted against the Demon Lord of that world, and thanks to the Devilkin's magic power, they were able to distribute the power between the nine races although this was established six-hundred years ago. Sadly only a few remain, and they are feared for their power and wit are miles above everything else. There are the three most powerful, The Dragonkin, the Devilkin, and the Kamien. And most of them have disappeared from the world..."

"Wow."

"So my question to you is…"

"What is it?"

"What is your wish?"

"Huh?"

"You did me a great service, by saving the blessed child, I wish to send you to the next world with the ability of your wish. I will also make your affinity of magic near infinite and your life pool deep."

Yua looks at her with amazement , she then thinks,

"A wish huh? All I want is to never be hurt like that ever again, the same wish I had when I died… Or better yet, What I want is to be able to make friends, since I never did in my past life."

"So is that your wish?"

"Wait you heard me?"

This is a realm between space, so the mind is open to everyone here."

"Oh."

Ancre stands up from her Businessman throne and says,

"So is that your wish?"

"I guess... I wish to be able to make friends in this New World!"

Ancre then smiles and says,

"Alright, have sweet dreams!"

Suddenly Yua feels drowsy and starts to pass out,

"Wait... where am I, *yawn* going?"

She falls asleep.
