turnaround
My meeting with Dame Louise ended on a sweet and bitter note. I do it a second time, facing the harsh reality. But now I know what I have to do. Not to change, only one thing until the holidays. Dame Louise's words on my personal evaluation greatly pleased me. And I'm already projecting myself into a future, where I'm no longer at boarding school.
I can't wait to tell Mr. Satoru, with whom I continue to talk. Who knows, maybe he'll be happy to see me in real life once I'm free. Nothing will distract me from my free path, and I will continue to strive to cross the finish line.
In the corridor of the offices, I go alone to the garden. This is the shortest way to get there. And I prefer to avoid passing in front of the office of the Lady Superior, who may still be meeting with my parents.
-She would be able to believe that I was spying on them.
