Parting Ways

The climb to the 25th floor was slow, but, it didn't matter how long it took, as long as it led to him. Greg, who wiped the blood off of his knife with his left hand that still had the gauze on it, marched to the floor where Connor was supposedly waiting. His eyes, full of anger, and his heart, full of hatred. It was time to settle the score, for good.

Natalie waited by the door, aiming her gun right at Connor. "I could end this now," she whispered to herself. She tried to squeeze the trigger, but was stopped as soon as Connor looked over at her.

"Trying to end the party as soon as it started?" He asked as he stepped near her. "We haven't even gotten to the main event."

Guillermo growled. "I'll give you a main event!" He charged right at him.

Connor sighed and pinned him on the ground as he fell. "Are you done? Because I won't hesitate to kill you." He pointed his gun straight between Guillermo's eyes.
