The travelers took the Turkish Airlines flight from JFK Airport in New York City to Ginggis Khaan Airport in Ulan Bator, with a total flight time of almost twenty hours. The next morning, after breakfast, Jack received a call on his cell phone. The others stepped aside to give him privacy.
