Since Madame Swarowska had returned from her European trip, the Executive Committee of the Bluthund Community in New York was complete. As an external advisor this time Corrado Gherardi was in place of Tarek al Khatib.

Dr. Richardson opened the discussion as usual by saying.

“This time Admiral Donnelly will be our informant member, since it is he who has the new information.”
