A Friend

The battle began as the Guardian's summons caused gusts of wind, sending razor-sharp projectiles hurtling toward Daichi. Daichi, unyielding, raised his sword and deflected the projectiles effortlessly. Daichi closed the distance between them with a thunderous step, swinging the Dragon King's blade with devastating force.

Daichi's agility proved one of his greatest assets, allowing him to evade the Guardian's earth-shattering strikes. He utilized intricate footwork and acrobatics, gracefully maneuvering around the Guardian's colossal presence. As Daichi weaved through the air, he conjured dark energy from within the blade, shaping it into razor-edged blades that streaked toward his opponent.

The Guardian moved his palm down, blocking off the attack. He moved his arm, striking down at Daichi. Daichi landed, and everything around him got darker, as if the sun was going down. He looked up as he saw the guard's palm floating over him. Daichi grabbed him by the palm and kept it up. The Guardian furiously moved his other hand over it to crush Daichi.

The Guardian left a giant handprint on the floor. He shrank back to his average size as he looked around, knowing that wasn't enough to defeat Daichi.

Daichi reappeared behind the Guardian, giving him so little time to react that he hit him with a left hook, which sent the Guardian flying.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows across the abandoned city, a fierce battle was about to continue between Daichi, an Angelic devil with dark intentions, and The Guardian, a noble and unwavering protector of justice. Consumed by his lust for destruction, Daichi had unleashed chaos upon the world, and The Guardian stood as he saw himself as the last line of defense against his malevolence.

"Daichi, you have been consumed by hatred for the things you complained about you've become."

"Complained? Haha, you are very embarrassed. Every move I made was to join the Thunder God in battle."

"So you follow a God just like us, but we are followers." The Guardian said as a staff made of light formed in his right hand."

"Don't disrespect me. like I already said, the Thunder God himself is below me." Daichi rushed towered to The Guardian

as they clashed; the Guardian's thoughts turned to those he had vowed to defend amid the brutal exchange. His every attack was boosted by the vision of the wreckage of his heavens. This struggle was for his God's request, not only his pleasure.

In a realm where ethereal beings roamed, there existed a mighty angel known as The Guardian. The Guardian was known for his unwavering loyalty, boundless compassion, and commitment to upholding justice. His radiant wings shimmered with celestial light, and his heart overflowed with love for all living creatures. On the other hand, there stood another Angel loved by all named Daichi. Daichi was a mighty angel, one who could be considered one of the strongest his power kept many people in awe, and the Gods even acknowledged him for his strength.

But as time passed, an evil power began to creep into the minds of angels and humans. Even the purest creatures were drawn toward the dark path by its whispered promises of freedom and power. These alluring murmurs caught Daichi's attention one fateful day, reminding him of his original purposes.

Daichi took the indecipherable decision to fall from grace, motivated by a desire for independence and an impatience to get away from the obligations of paradise. His light vanished as he left the celestial plane, and he accepted his new status as a fallen angel as his wings darkened and became polluted.

Moses refused to leave his friend, despite his grief and despair. To travel with Daichi and through the realms, he descended after him, abandoning his divine form. Moses could walk among mortals and stand beside Daichi as his constant companion as his angelic features faded and were replaced by human features.

Senzu, who seeks fun and excitement, sees no hope on the angel's side, just people bound by destiny and promises and no real hope. He followed after Moses and Daichi.

The Guardian watched as the heavenly guards fell with black wings and dark mindsets.

The Guardian floated into the heavens as he saw the Phantom Twelve stand beside the Thunder God.

"You have all truly fallen." The Guardian said.

The Guardian looked back into Daichi's eyes, and he saw nothing but emptiness in it. He pushed him off himself.

As he picked up the staff, he dropped back up he slowly walked toward Daichi, who stood there with no regret for anything he's ever done in his life or anything he plans to do in the future.

"Where have the times gone," Daichi questioned.

"One day, we were all under the Gods; next, we fight them and each other."

The Guardian, who continued his walk, slowly opened his mouth.

"We were friends, yet now we fight each other until one or both die, it seems." He said.

"friends? I've told you before that everyone was simply a tool I used to fall." The Guardian laughed.

The Guardian smiled as he stopped his movement.

"I'm aware. Yet I still consider you my friend, even right now, no matter all the damage you caused and the people you hurt, I still think about Heaven. Daichi, I truly know your heart no matter what you say and what you tell people. You are still my friend.

"your friend?" Daichi said.

"A friend I must kill."
