The first year had gone by smoothly in the school. A year full of unrestricted knowledge acquired by Lorraine, who further excelled in both practical and theoretical exams. Along with her tact for strategical thinking, she was quickly recognized as a one in a million talent. A rarity for one to appear in a commoner, let alone one from outside the capital.
Evermore, while also doing well in both the practical and strategical thinking, the theoretical exam was where she truly shined. Unmatched in the amount of studious nights she spent in the library, pestering the professors for feedback on her work. If the students hadn't known better, they might think she was trying to pull her grades up.
Another one recognized as a one in a million talent, Warren undoubtably excelled in all three core aspects of the school. However, along with his partner-in-crime, he left a long list of banned items in the headmaster's list which previously required a single sheet of paper. Prank after prank, the professors became more and more frustrated with their attitudes. But as their pranks were relatively harmless, and they always cleaned up after themselves, more often than not were they given nothing more than a slap on the wrist.
Jacob only really excelled in the strategical thinking much to his chagrin and the amusement of Lorraine who previously thought of him as a reckless child. Jacob truly wanted to impress his professors and himself in the practical exams, but only came out as an average student.
As a result, the four students were heralded as the 'Fantastic Four', childish, thought Lorraine; embarrassing, thought Evermore; fitting, thought Warren; "Don't care" said Jacob.
