Fully equipped with clothes with a fabric type that will make him be able to move as comfortably as he can, he have enchanted everything he can with [Acceleration].
He have intended to finish the fight without being hit, as every single attack, whatever he got struck with, are capable of killing him.
Of course he could prepare the fully armored build but that would only make him disadvantages as he is playing at his opponent's field.
As for the Excalibur, he had the information of it from the future where Oujian dropped it. To enchant Excalibur with +6 Rune Liquid, he had to remove all of the enchantment it was on.
Despite this, he is not fully confidence whether he can win. That's just how indestructible his opponent's defense were.
And that opponent of his was: Tortoise.
Although much slower than Gale Dragon, it's carries the best defense among all the mythical creatures.
To make it worse, the Tortoise carries the [True Longevity] it has the same lifespans as the immortals—infinite.
Which means the Passages of Eternity tactics doesn't work on this mythical creatures.
Moving through the familiar landscape, Aera brandished his excalibur as his hand turned into a flash.
The next moment, the desolated forest landscape from the aftermath of the battle between the demon lord and previous hero, was cleanly cut off.
The withered trees around here, were cut off from the land, as if a god have shaved off a part of maps.
With the final preparation done, Aera stabbed the ground as the died mud were removed, below it, a huge empty cave were opened up—unhealthy waterfall were streaming downward,
as the Tortoise were sleeping at the center of the area.
"How rare of you to come here after a long time. Did your hero game came to end and you, at last, finally decided to rest, Aera?" Instead of the warning against Aera's hostile intents,
The Tortoise were rather calm, like an father watching over his grown up children… but it seems that Aera have no intention on playing father-child game.
"Enough with chit-chat." Pointing his sword toward the earth, the hero swung his excalibur.
No matter how much retries it will take. Or how long it will takes. The hero will keep on going until he finally meets the 'ending' he is satisfied with.
"Come on, then. I may not know your plan is, but since long time, you weren't the person to tell anything."
Under the sky covered with [Pause], Aera stepped forward to confront his almighty enemy.

And thus concludes the small talk between the human and mythical creatures as the shockwave spread from the contact between Excalibur and the sturdy body of Tortoise told the story.
As the blue shockwave rippled from within, the sturdy body of Tortoise stayed undamaged, while the figures of Aera completely disappeared, not leaving a shadow.
'3… 2… 1…!' Along with the mental count, Aera dodged the gigantic feet along with the earth spike the popped out from below the ground as well, jumping while rotating in mid-air as to dodge the water droplets that the Tortoise controlled from the waterfall.
Meanwhile these great precisions, Aera managed to find a way for his sword path as he brought out a counterattack toward the Tortoise—it was at the exact same place from before as that.
As he approached the land, the Tortoise didn't let this slide out of his eyes as the tentacle-like earth sprung from the ground aiming downward to Aera.
While at the same time, from below him, the land opened as it formed a devastating tooth ready to grind Aera in pulps.
What Aera did was to rotate mid-air and making use of that rotational forces, he created an small tornado of blades, everything around him ripping to shreds.
As he finally gained the landing, the Tortoise were staring at him with ridicule.
"What is that ridiculous fighting style? I remember teaching you that… speed, strength, intelligence… above all, defense is the strongest."
Whilst ignoring the Tortoise, Excalibur returned back to the 'invisible' sheath, as Aera imitated the motions of quickdraw—an arc of yellow lights flashing toward the of Tortoise.
…as it was stopped due to invisible wall.
"Of course." Whilst sending out an mid-range attacks, Aera didn't just watch his attack being blocked unfolded, he was already onto next action.
With his Excalibur unsheathed once again, he almighty struck the same spot he struck from before.
[Victor Slash] an all-out slashes that decides the win-lose factor. At the same time, it is one of the only technique that can rivals the Asura Series.
Afterward that slashes of glory from the hero, the yellow light flashed up as the brilliant cross mark touched the heavens. And finally, the Excalibur broke.
"D… did I teach you that…?" Tortoise figured out more the reason as for why Aera kept on hitting on the same spot.
"Yeah… is it… 'you' who taught me…?" Despite knowing the answer of his question, what Aera gave out were another question.
He isn't even unsure if what his answers were even right. The hero right now, had an abyss-like expression on his face.
"…What time has done to you." Closing it's eyes, Tortoise resolved inside.
"I will put an rest to you." Faced with the Tortoise's eyes of determination, even Aera couldn't help but start panicking.
"N, no! Don't use it!" However no matter how much he tried shouting, no matter how much he tried, his never reached to the Tortoise.
Because he was far too deep, that not even the light nor sounds can ever reach to him.

Instantly, all over around the Tortoise's body radiated the green flames of life. The foolish tortoise who have gained the infinite life decided to waste that life of his to a single human.
"DAMN ITTTT!" With the hero's emotion finally bursted, he stabbed the [Excalibur] toward his heart as the Excalibur shattered along with his body.
"REBIRTH!" Shouting with the voices of anger, his whole body glimmered in orange aura as from the shattered Excalibur came out another blade made out of the materials outside from the world.

Not sorrowing over the lose of Ancient Phoenix Languages, Aera moved as fast as light as he destroyed the atmosphere everywhere he travelled.
The power he is emitting has already surpassed his own limit, as he brandish his sword of brilliances.

The emitted sound were really strange as if the time were crying out in pain—this sound definitely couldn't be contained with sounds waves.
"You don't have the right to die." As Aera's bright aura radiated the whole atmosphere, is silhouette rom within spoke within, showing the figure of demons.
Slowly falling, the Tortoise cried silently as it died, while Aera took his core after an egg were formed.
During his falls, his mouth seemed to open as he said, "I am sorry."
