After going out while it was dark outside, Kuro returned to his house quickly, retracing his step.
"Koro-san!! You have to calm down!" From inside, Kuro heard a ruckus.
Okayu were stopping Korone from something?
Kuro got slightly distracted as he checked the two out.
"Do-don't stop me, Okayu! This is a must thing to do! Or else Kuro will be gone for eternal!" Korone were holding… a gold coin while hanging it in string.
Korone clearly have gone insane from the look of her eyes. Her pupils were all spiral—it was as if she couldn't see the things in front of her as insanity engulfed her.
"What are you doing?" Keeping the stable calmness, Kuro appeared in front of the good doggo.
"I have to… I have to hypnosis him to prevent him…!" From the look of it, she still haven't noticed that Kuro were in front of her.
'Korone actually cared about me that much? No, I know it is for Okayu but still…' Kuro slightly widened his eyes in surprise.
Realization came in. It was not just Ayame. There were two more companions who cared for him with the third one unsure.
Kuro smiled warmly as he gently placed his hand on the top of Korone's head. Only then, did the cute doggo finally noticed him.
"Don't worry. I won't leave you all suddenly for no reason. I will be with you guys until the day you guys doesn't need me anymore."
From which the unlimitedly calm person who may even gave a cold impression actually said a rather warm words.
From the, as if to finish things off or to promise of his words into action, Kuro gently kissed Korone's forehead.
The action he could've done because it was the energetic kid.
The action he could've done because she was still a children.
The action he could've done because she wasn't Ayame.
"Unfair~! Do it to me too~!" Ignoring the frozen doggo, this time the cat one impatiently sulked.
"haha, there, there…" Kuro comforted her as he patted her head.
It took quite a while before he managed to calm down the two as he went for his main objectives. Going right toward the 3rd floor, Kuro took out the square device that were sleeping there.
As he decided to set off, Kuro halted his step in the 2nd floor. The reason were because Ayame were still there, looking blank like always, her surprise from earlier hasn't dissipated.
Kuro walked up right in front of her as…
*clap*
Kuro gently clapped his hand making an small sound which surprisingly cancelled Ayame from her daze as she jumped in surprise.
"Wah!… Kuro! What is it?" By the time she looked around, she found Kuro's calmed smiling face looking at her.
"If you have a time… would you like to accompany with me? Like… every time when I go out." Kuro asked in rather awkward voice.
Come to think of it, he really had no experiences of inviting her out. Unexpectedly, it is embarrassing.
However, Ayame's reactions were unexpected even for Kuro.
"Really!? I want to! I want to! You said that! Every time you go somewhere, you must invite me!" She jumped excitedly, even afraid that Kuro may go back against his words.
"…thank you, Ayame…" Kuro really appreciated her reaction as it cheered him up very much. Filled with warm feeling, Kuro gave out his utmost smile to her.
"U-un…" she couldn't get used to it. Kuro directly calling by her name. Every time he did it, her heartbeat would slightly accelerate as if a player activated a turbo mode in racing game.
Not just that, all this time, she have been thinking of Kuro as adorable yet, from today on, something other than 'adorable' began to exists as that another opinion fought against with 'adorable' opinion.
She have been thinking hard what 'opinion' is the another opinion but even till now, she couldn't understand it.
So she decided to go along with it as her hand were taken by Kuro's.
"let's go." Kuro were still grinning like an idiot as he was excited to show Ayame his playgrou-… his company.
With a snap of his finger, the two disappeared as they re-appeared inside the bookstore which Maou were managing.
Compared to 20 days ago, there hasn't been much that was changed as Kuro told Maou to focus on buying properties for his [Clone].
In the end, with skilful bargaining, Maou had a good business in terms of buying… it's about time to use that meme.
It's a free real estate!
So why was he here, instead of that so-called estate? He wanted to entertain HIS, adorable Oni.
"Ayame, Ayame, come here, I will show you a great magic!" Despite the coming in and going out costumers, making the stores quite rowdy,
Kuro didn't care of that as he stopped in one empty spot, table and chair, and exclaimed excitedly to Ayame.
they didn't kick him out… that doesn't mean the costumers knows him, though. Kuro prohibited the staff from telling his true name.
"Nani? Nani? (What is it)" she swayed excitedly as she looked at him take out a pen and paper. The paper, compared to the one used in manga, were slightly smaller.
Meanwhile, the light showered the table as the paper in the table became stable enough to not move on any unintended shockwave.
This was one of the unused space inside the store, it was intended from Maou to showcase him drawing school to the costumer for entertainment purpose.
But Kuro were too shy to even show his face to the costumer. So Maou made this place available to use for anyone who have an interest in drawing manga.
Uncaring of the interested gaze of the costumer who came into the shop, Kuro took out the pen…
'It's so different.' It has been a while since he touched the pen itself, not through his clone.
It felt good. The pen didn't feel hindered—he could control his pen pressure with so much precise.
The thin line, thick line, everything were perfectly written—despite these free-like control, Kuro didn't forgot the basics as he built the structure first.
The entire figure structure so that later on the drawing won't be too off, her head wouldn't be too big, her arm wouldn't be too small, her body wouldn't be too off-sized.
From then on, the 20 minutes travelled on as Kuro's magic enthralled not only Ayame's but even the costumer's eyes. Due to that, the costumer who originally came to buy the 20~37 volumes,
their eyes were now focused on Kuro's figure as he complete his illustration.
Giggling happily, the woman in illustrations covers her mouth with her hand as her another hand held her stomach in pain.
Meanwhile, the windy background made her snow-white hair dance around the air as petal blossoms bloomed along with her smile.
Because Kuro were slightly hurried, he decided to write it black & white, changing the dim of blackness depending on colors and shadows… like a manga.
Finally writing off the final petals that fell from the trees, the illustration were done.
"Not for sale!"
As the costumers who was watching began applauding in amazement, Kuro shouted slightly lowering the volume of applause.
"Waaah! Who is this? She looks so cute!" Ayame innocently praised his illustration.
"Y-you should look at the mirror sometime, Ayame." Kuro said in nervous way.
It took a while… no, rather, Kuro and Ayame teleported out to escape from the excited arts fan.
