Mission of the country of the Waves.

Before starting the chapter I want to explain the time in Naruto. I didn't find any official information on how long it was before each mission or even how long it took before the Chunnins exams started. That's why I had to create (imagine) a timeline.

I decided to do this after reading Dreadix's comment. I don't know if there is a website where it says the exact time, but either way I think the time I created is not bad.

...

2 weeks before going to the Wave mission 4 level D missions were done.

The bridge took 4 months to build (I extended the time, if not, I will have to rewrite that chapter. After the start of the exam I will follow the wiki that UncrownedKing sent in one of the comments).

They were given a week of rest after returning from the level B mission of the country of the Waves.

3 level D missions were carried out in 14 days (2 weeks).

4 days later, Team 7 meets with Temari, Kankuro and Gaara after returning from a mission (plus a level D mission).

After another 4 days, Team 7 meets with Kakashi to go on a new mission (There was no mission that day). On that day team 7 receives the pamphlet for Kakashi's Chunnin exam.

5 days later they went to room 301 to participate in the Chunnin exam.

During that time, 8 level D missions and 1 level B mission were carried out.

I got this information based on Rock Lee's letter that was given by Kabuto in the chunnin exam. It is said that Rock Lee is 1 year older than Konoha newbies, he is also said to have done 11 level C missions and 20 level D missions.

Based on that, I guessed that a Genin team does 10 Level D missions in 3 months.

Sorry if the information is incorrect, I researched it and didn't find out where I can find it.

I personally thought it is acceptable, what do you think?

Anyway, enjoy the chapter.

================================================== ======

The sun is rising in Konoha, a girl with pink hair is seen training.

She ran horizontally, Kunais and Shurikens are seen flying towards a tree. The girl then slide twists and rolls several times before hitting her head on the tree.

"Damn ...." The girl complained about the pain she suffered. She is totally dirty, her pink hair is messy and stained with dirt, her tired face shows that she trained for a long time.

Who could this girl be besides Sakura Haruno?

...

Pov Sakura.

After that magnificent tumble I decided to rest a little. At this point, it's been about 14 days since I passed the Kakashi-Sensei test.

Yes, 14 days. That was a huge surprise for me, a pleasant surprise.

I thought the mission to the wave country had been done about 4 days after Team 7 passed the test, but it seems that my calculations were wrong for 10 days, which was very good for me.

I wasted no time and spent these 10 days training non-stop, to prepare for the mission of the Waves. The only time I allowed myself to rest completely was on the nights before a day of mission.

Seriously, I didn't care about anything else, things about Sakura or the female life her. My days were waking up, eating, training and sleep.

Only on the nights before the mission day did I allow myself to rest, this to go 100% on the mission.

When I watched the anime, time seemed to pass so fast, that's why I was so desperate. But after things started, I realized that this is not the case.

A ninja does not have multiple missions every day. In fact, in the 14 days that have passed, Team 7 only completed 3 level D missions ... Yes, only 3 missions in 14 days.

Sometimes I wondered if this is real. But if you think realistically, there is no way for Konoha to have more than 1 level D mission per day for each team. Each year at least 3 Genins teams are formed and if we think about the number of Genins in Konoha it is impossible for a team to receive more than 1 level D mission per day.

Even though Konoha receives many missions, providing 1 mission for each team every few days is the maximum it can handle.

Our team, for example, received 1 level D mission every 4 to 5 days.

I am not complaining about this, in fact I am celebrating. It is only thanks to this that I had time to prepare.

In those 14 days that have passed I started training like crazy, it can be said that I trained everything that Sakura trained in all the years of the ninja school in just two weeks.

This means that I am now a Genin completely.

My knowledge now covers everything from the ninja school, from Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Sakura's knowledge (Which should be Chunnin / Jounin) and mainly Shurikenjutsu.

My shurikenutsu have improved dramatically, now I can easily hit the place I'm aiming at, is incredible.

I don't understand why my improvement is so fast, but I guess it must be thanks to Sakura's experience.

Sorry to call you worthless Sakura-Chan.

About genjutsu I didn't get much improvement. My control over it has improved but it's not like I could defeat a Jounin with him. At least I have several useful things.

You may be wondering why I didn't try hard to train in a single jutsu, so maybe I would be able to defeat Zabuza.

Well, that's not how it works. Even though my chakra control performance is good, I don't have the same control as Kakashi-Sensei or even the amount of Kakashi-Sensei chakra, in fact I don't even have ways to get new jutsus yet.

So that of getting a jutsu that defeats Zabuza instantly is just a dream.

Because of that I found it more sensible to train the ninja bases. Things like Taijutsu, basic Ninjutsu and Shurikenjutsu that were things that I barely had knowledge and experience.

The only thing that has bothered me all this time is that I haven't found out anything about Senbonzakura, I haven't had a glimpse of it. If I had Senbonzakura I wouldn't be so desperate.

Anyway things have changed, now I am a genin completely. I'm sure I can fight Naruto and Sasuke on an equal footing. I don't know if I beat them, but I won't lose too badly either.

Anyway, it's time to go home, I spent the whole night training so I need to get some rest.

...

Today we completed our 4th ninja mission, capturing the cat Tora. I don't even need to say what's next. Naruto complained to the Hokage about having another type of mission.

I did not intervene, I know that at one time or another we will face ninjas. If we do not take this mission, it may be that tomorrow we will receive a level B mission, nobody knows tomorrow. That's why I decided to have a mission I know than an unknown one.

An old drunk entered the Hokage's room, even calling us brats. Naruto was the one who suffered the most, he finally discovered his height, I and Sasuke are taller than Naruto.

So, this old drunk is the Tazuna bridge builder.

Tazuna hired us to escort him back to the country of the waves and protect him until he finished building the bridge.

This mission was classified as a Rank C mission, but it is actually Rank B because it has Ninja interference. I swear that if at the end of the mission after Tazuna finishes building the bridge, he doesn't give the correct payment I will destroy that bridge.

We agreed to meet to go to the country of the waves 4 days later. Tazuna still had a few things to work out and this will also help us prepare better for a long trip.

I will also prepare some things. Although now I know that I am really a genin I am not at all confident in facing Zabuza ...

Hopefully everything will work out.

...

It was only four days later that we met Tazuna again and set off towards the country of the waves. This will be our first mission that will have real combat.
