Eleanor P.O.V,
We journey through a seemingly infinite number of hallways and corridors to arrive at the restaurant.
Varn looks at the children who look dead on their feet and smirks wickedly but his smile softens before he says, "Alright you brats! Listen up! You all will follow Albus to your seats and wait for your food. After that, you all will go get some of your supplies from the shops in Gringotts."
I look at Al who just leads us to a table that is in a corner and simply gestures us at it. The children immediately rush to the seats and make themselves comfortable. Al conjures a game for them that they have been seen playing in the morning by us both and waves his fingers over the table making it seem unremarkable.
I look at his tired face in worry, it relieves me that he isn't getting worst but he also isn't getting better quickly. I want to ask him what is happening to him but I feel that he will simply close-up. He trusts me, seemingly unconsciously, to a certain point despite having shown much broader emotions than Tom ever did…
Perhaps that is the reason why? Because I haven't shown any sort of flags in terms of being too perfect or maybe simply because he is mentally younger than he would be without cultivation?
It can be attributed to this being a cultivation-esque world that keeps a person young and able for almost 2 decades by default. What a cheat-code… there really is no point in even thinking about this but my mind is a weird place. I look forward to learning Occlumency or whatever it is called in this universe.
I begin examining him closely and he stares back at my examination in curiosity before simply dismissing it. Does he get lazy when he is tired? Now that I think about it… it could be possible but I will have to keep observing.
He asks me whether I want to go with him towards the shops to see if there is anything new. I naturally agree with zeal. Who wouldn't want to see what items exist in such a world?
We begin walking and on our way there, we make some light conversation in which he tells me exactly what we can buy from here. It does end up being history telling in an engaging manner.
He tells me about Ollivander and his magical foci, "The Ollivanders have been creating magical foci for wizards for over 1000 years. Any foci you can imagine, they have seen it before once. It is known to many that they have rituals through which they impart their memories of their craft to their descendants. This has resulted in them simply dominating the foci market in the wizarding world."
Apparently the Ollivanders create the best foci for all wizards and witches. They do custom orders for all who are willing to pay for it. He informed me that all students whose education he sponsors get their own custom foci.
I am very interested but I choose to ask him about the battle that Varn told me about, the one against the Goblins. He stiffens as I ask him about it before simply sighing in resignation deeply. What a mood… I don't even need to feel his emotions to understand his expressions anymore…
That is quite helpful… it does get tedious having to focus on each emotion he seems to be emitting through his magic to identify it.
We arrive at the section that supposedly contains most of what we will need and I am… disappointed.
The only things around me seem to be different shops that have absolutely no cosmetics, not even the faintest clue can be gleamed from the surroundings about what we are here to see exactly.
I look at Al and his smile seems to wilt as he sees my lackluster reaction to the surroundings he was hyping up all the way here.
He tries to smile at me but it seems more like a grimace before saying, "I am serious Eleanor. This place has everything a wizard or witch can ever need in their life… after their education." He lowers his voice as he says the last bits but as I am enhancing my ears with magic, I hear him loud and clear.
"I can hear you Al." I say that as I sigh before continuing, "Do explain though, why exactly did you plan to come here?"
At that he seems to brighten, before saying, "This Eleanor is the mind of the Wizarding World! … where all the greatest thinkers of this age come together to debate our ideas and create new inventions with the intention to revolutionize the wizarding world!"
Ah. A super-secret science club for boys… I heard a gasp from him as I thought about what this place was. He scowled before saying, "It is not some super-secret boy band Eleanor."
Sure. But I am curious why he said that to me, "I didn't say that Al." I smiled warmly at him.
He didn't look convinced at all, but did answer that he had Ariana as his sister which explains a lot. He sighs in resignation and just gestures me to follow him as he walks into the first shop to our right.
He says loudly as he enters, "Hello! Albus here, for pickup of preordered M-Tech, Prototype version." He begins saying some codes I do not understand until suddenly a large package becomes visible on a table that definitely did not exist earlier…
I ask him what is happening. He tells me that he is picking up the prototypes of magical technology that he and his team has been working on for the past few years. They are finally ready for active usage.
M-Tech? Magical Technology?! Why??? I mean how did they (wizards) even understand that technology is important? Does it even work with electricity?
I naturally begin asking him these questions but he replies so blasé like with regards to my questions that I am beginning to suspect all my information is outdated! He eventually tells me that they are on their way to create personalized 'devices' for everyone that will only work with their magic and with their will and intention.
This changes everything! I ask him by when they will be available… At that he smiles warmly at me, so full of (Joy) and says, "Most families should have one by your 3rd Year at Hogwarts. But there will be heavy restrictions at first as most communities will have to adjust to their presence. My people are already dealing with these issues so the governments are ready when they are released to public."
WAIT! "So information will be monitored on these devices?" I ask with dread.
At that he looks dumbfounded before chuckling amusedly.
He finally stops laughing and says, "No Eleanor, nothing like that. I already have an idea of what we will need and what to do. Your privacy will be ensured but there will be strictness in rules. There are many ways that this technology can be mistreated by people. This will be used by people in all fields of life, All Wizarding-kind, and what is said and done through them will be dealt with immediately."
"The devices will be monitored as we only have a certain amount of them at this moment. It should become common enough in 5 years…" He ends in a considering tone.
The Age of Magical Information! OMG!!!
But fortunately this is a cultivation world so technology can't really affect it that much. I wonder where we can take them side by side… I remember how Marvel Asgardians used them side by side to incredible affect… maybe something similar…?
Albus immediately stiffens for a moment before looking up, he relaxes immediately before saying that he thought he sensed someone look at us. I laugh at how stiff he is being.
He begins heading back with the package in his hands. He holds it for a few moments before it completely disappears as if teleported to another location! I look confused before remembering that space rings always exist in some form in cultivation worlds.
I ask him where did the package go and whether he changed its size to keep it in his pockets. He said no before saying that he moved it into his storage. Does he have a bag of holding?
I ask him what he means and he explains, "I am quite familiar with Space and its multiple aspects. I simply created my own personal space using that. You can think of it as being quite similar to a bag of holding."
No it isn't! He has his own 'inventory'??! This is unbelievable! I am definitely starting to get the cultivation vibes from him now. The way he dresses in a combination of a cloak and a jacket simply doesn't add that vibe to his but now that he is speaking of Space as if it is nothing more than a construct he is on his way to mastering… definitely Cultivator vibes.
He smiles at me (Fond-Warmth-Amusement-Truth) as he says, "You will be able to easily do it as well in a few years. It really isn't that difficult."
I blush as he says that with such (Confidence) and Faith in me. I remain quiet for a few seconds before saying, "Don't smile like that to anyone else. A woman -People can get the wrong idea."
He looks at me with confusion at the sudden change in my tone but I instantly change the topic, "So can you teach me how to create these devices?" He immediately gets excited before answering in affirmative and telling me general information about them.
I smile in relief as not only did I confirm that he gets lazy when he is tired as I understand him from my few lessons with him, he is very sharp and picks up my doubts instantly. I also confirmed that he is super dangerous to me personally because I am getting too attached too fast.
Why am I starting to think this way so quickly?! This body is barely 11 years of age. I get that girls mature early but this is ridiculous! Or is this something else entirely? I don't sense any magic on me other than mine. I was shown some potion ingredients lying around and would know if I ingested something magical as I know they have foreign magic, I can sense that…
I shake my head to focus myself; I can deal with the mess that is puberty and hormones later! For now… time to have some lunch.
We arrive at our table to see that the children are still playing but they already have their food with them. Al gestures me to sit on another table so that we don't disrupt their mood for now. I point at our food but he simply snaps his fingers and our food appears on the table he gestured to. I am beginning to sense something from myself that seems to be making me treat my magic more like a miracle than the tool it is.
Why do I hesitate to use my magic freely? This isn't the orphanage where I have to hide everything about magic. Everyone knows I am talented. I am the only one among the residents who can use wandless magic like the Dumbledores. I feel something in me loosening at that and feel my magic progress tremendously. It moves around me as I will it… usually I would force it to bend to my will but now I have full control over it. No wonder they all use it wandlessly, it seems so natural and relaxing…
I open my eyes and wave my hand at the chairs on the table where our food was placed and they change into the one Al has in his room, I casually walk over to sit on one and smile at Al before asking him to join me.
I look at him face and he looks flabbergasted. I laugh at his expressions and he schools his face and just looks at me with a complicated smile. He walks over to the chair in front of me and sits before speaking, "I must admit… I am envious of your comprehension Eleanor. I have not seen anyone nor have I ever heard of anyone who was enlightened twice within a short span of days…"
Twice? What does he mean by twice? He must guess what I must be thinking because he laughs lightly before saying that first I broke through to the 4th Level at the age of 11. Now I have achieved a high level of control over my magic.
Enlightenment isn't that tough then… I mean I went 2 of them in quick successions…
He stares at my expression and probably guesses what I am thinking because his emotions get complicated for a few moments. I sense (Nostalgic- Happiness- Amusement- Expectation- Envy) from his magic as he smiles at me. He sighs as he dismisses them while yawning lightly before casually smiling at me. I begin to take my food and start eating.
He does the same shortly after and we enjoy a brief period of silence while we are both eating. The food is quite delicious and I actually want to know who cooked it and how. I don't think I have tasted some of these flavors before…
After we finish eating, Al looks at the time on a watch that was inconspicuously on his wrist, he sighs before saying, "It seems we have an hour remaining to wait for Varn."
Why are we waiting for Varn anyway? I ask him and he tells me that Varn will be bringing our standard magical supplies for the first year: Books about wizarding world history and different events that we observe in respect for our dead.
I ask him where do people get books for their subjects and he tells me that most books can easily be borrowed from Hogwarts on a permanent basis as they have a special charm that replicates a book from cover to cover. So most are free but if we want to do extra learning, we can buy books from the bookstores in the Alley.
I don't want to wait around for Varn to come within an hour nor do I want to wait for Ella's apparent family head to show up. I get up and decide to go exploring in the alley. I inform him that we are going exploring and he stares at me like I have said something blasphemous. His expression fully shows his incredulity at my words and his emotions echo the same!
What is going on?! What is with that weird reaction? Isn't this what most people do when they are in a new environment and have time before any engagements?
He says to me, "Why would we go to the Alley Eleanor? We already have a schedule and we are simply a bit early. An hour is nothing much! In fact, we can even learn a few new things in an hour." He sounds desperate by the end.
I think back on why he is so adamantly against going to the alley and remember his reaction on our way to Gringotts when he saw so many people searching for someone. Could they be searching for him? If so… why?
I convince him using my mad skills at talking to people but I have the faintest hint that it is mainly because my actions amused him so much that he temporarily forgot all about the reason why he didn't want to go… how careless… weakness 1 confirmed.
I can clearly sense his (Amusement) on our way outside Gringotts. Al performed a charm on each student that informs him of their well-being and their general location. He has placed it inside the restaurant so if any of the children leave, he will instantly know.
I am a bit displeased despite my victory against his will as I had to do something I didn't want to in order to get it… pout and use a childish voice.
The latter was barely a word that was carefully used for maximum affect… ever since I have reached the second state, I can clearly remember every single thing I have ever seen in both my lives… my wisdom and avenues have improved beyond what I thought possible in such a short time…
I was and still am a very curious person. I was interested in becoming a Doctor but I was an orphan and going into debt was a bad idea for me especially. I could only do some free courses that were offered in my areas and follow some medical experts online. I had read so many articles and they seemed so clear to me now.
I had particular interest in a person's mentality and how is it affected by his/her environment. Manipulation, hypnotization and all these things I had looked up at one point so now with my increased mental facilities, I could understand what I had heard about back then and apply it so properly now…
The reason it actually worked on him is twofold:
He is actually tired, no more like exhausted right now and super distracted.
He is treating me like a child. A mature child but a child nonetheless.
I am quite surprised that he is able to remain so conscious and practically go around like it is normal. I myself wouldn't have noticed anything out of place with him if I hadn't seen him during my ritual go all blank.
I am also quite angry about how I am being treated as a child by him. I get that this body is 11 years old and that is probably the reason why I am being treated as a child but I am quite frankly 30 years old now, as I can feel my soul ever since I unlocked all my memories and my soul is definitely older than that. I am surprisingly quite close to Al in terms of soul maturity.
His soul is brighter than all the people I have seen till now and mine is still not as bright as his but closer than them all.
Hmm… is a soul's brightness linked with their potential and age? Aunt Ariana's soul shines but not as brightly as mine or Al's. I have definitely noticed an increase in my soul's brightness as I gained some enlightenment with regards to my magic so maybe the brightness of a soul is affected by more variables than just these 2? It is too early for me to form an actual theory as I have only observed the wizards in a very small circle.
We arrive at the entrance of Gringotts and Al sighs resigned to this small excursion of ours. He keeps muttering that this wasn't part of the plan and such… what is that supposed to mean?
I naturally ignore him and with anticipation burning in my veins, I lead us towards the bookstore I saw on our way to Gringotts. By now, the people are no longer looking for him, perhaps they got tired? I open the door of the store and enter to see the entire place filled up like a modern day library. My smile widens and I make my way to the counter to ask for directions.
As I am on my way, I take a moment to take in my surroundings and realize that every book I can see has the face of a Phoenix on it. Is that their logo? Does that mean that there is an actual corporation in the Wizarding World? I did not know that.
I find a worker; they have a badge and everything, not to mention that I can literally see an icon on top of them that says worker like this is some game, my eyes twitch on seeing that. That makes an eye twitch but I am mostly amused. This is definitely worth a laugh…
I walk over to them and ask them for help. They are quite helpful in informing me where different types of books are and I take my opportunity to ask them about who owns the place. The worker, I really cannot be bothered with remembering everyone's name, says that this belongs to 'Arceus'. The man speaks the name with some reverence and it is interesting as I do not remember ever hearing about someone named Arceus.
I ask him who this Arceus is and the man looks at me in astonishment before it turns into realization and he begins talking.
Apparently, Arceus is the man who is responsible for the current state of the Magical World. He began moving back in the 1900 but apparently his actions began showing affect in the year 1910 and onwards. He singlehandedly changed the views and the entire system of the magical world over a short period of 2 decades and faced little to no opposition. He has due to this reason been titled 'Lord Arceus' as he is said to rule the world.
He is known to have worked and contributed with multiple people and is most commonly known for working with Albus to discover the true lineage of the former 'Muggleborns'.
I used a small trick I had learned from my years at the orphanage in this life, similar to a compulsion but with a weaker effect I assumed. I used it on him to keep him talking and gained more information regarding the general state of affairs of the Magical World.
The reason why Grindelwald is gaining support became clearer to me as I heard more. Grindelwald wants to rule over the world and ensure that we, Wizards and Witches, are the one to guide and govern it. He severely disagrees with Arceus's policy of non-interference and passivity.
Arceus believes that mundanes are to be left to their own devices and Wizards should remain hidden and away from them. His prerogative is to create a new place for wizarding kind as to leave the Earth altogether. Grindelwald disagrees with this and so he is striking out at his rule but he also agrees with them having their own place so the exact reason for his 'rebellion' is unknown.
But Grindelwald has also acknowledged that he is too weak to directly attack Lord Arceus so he made dealings with many people, in high positions, who agree with him and his visions. This has led to Arceus not being allowed to interfere in the war.
Arceus is also the creator of his own brand that deals with many things, they are all branded with the mark of a Phoenix, and it is apparently borrowed from Al's familiar. He and Al both jointly own the entire company…
What a load of BS!!! This is such unbelievable nonsense! How is this even possible! This Arceus sounds like some sort of Gary-Stu and he is! But this is a cultivation world as well so it isn't entirely unreasonable for some hidden OP character to show up out of nowhere…
As I finish thanking him for his help, Al appears from behind a shelf and while he smiles at me, I don't miss the way he stiffened as soon as he saw the worker. The guy turns around to see Al and shouts, "Professor Dumbledore! What a pleasant surprise!" And he promptly begins to profusely thank him for supporting him and offers meaningless platitudes…
This is to my annoyance as I wanted to ask him a few things about what I learned and just spend some time together like friends… I however notice his face beginning to pale like they did when he had the reaction in front of me in the ritual room.
I immediately interrupt their conversation and ask Al respectfully to accompany me to a book section I want to see. Al immediately realizes that this is to his advantage and in a span of 10 seconds he masterfully makes the man dance like a puppet on strings before swiftly taking me to the book section. It is about Magic and its effects on a human body.
His magic seems to enter a prepared state and it starts to decrease but that has no effect on him this time other than a slight paling that anyone would ignore. I am shocked and surprised. I choose to remain silent because of 2 simple reasons.
1. I am, currently, at this moment, physically a child.
2. I don't want him to close off before I can realize what this is exactly.
If he begins to realize that I know something is definitely wrong, who knows what steps he could go to in order to ensure I do not sense anything.
I ask him about Arceus and he confirms the man's existence and describes him as a friend. We spend a few minutes discussing a few books that have good titles and he picks them up before we move to another section. 15 minutes pass and it has now been half an hour since we had lunch. Al pays for the books and I decide to ask, "When will I get my 'foci'?"
He pauses for a moment before saying, "Now that you mention it… we can get it now if you would like to?"
I vehemently agree and he begins leading me towards another direction, this place will take some time to get familiar with… or a photographic memory. Whichever comes first…?
We arrive in front of a shop that screams mysterious and has Ollivander written in front of Foci on the board. I enter the shop with Al and immediately I can see multiple wands, staffs on design. An old man behind the counter turns to look at us before he nods at Al and asks me to follow him to the back.
I look at Al but he just gestures at me to follow the old man. I reluctantly follow him. We enter a hallway on the left and he starts talking. "A wizard/witch's first foci is the most important thing that they possess for the beginning of their journey. People have changed what it was exactly throughout the ages and it has… evolved… from Staffs to wands and… since the past few decades… rings… My name is Garrick Ollivander. I am one of the 2 Grandmasters of Foci Craft and Enchantments."
And that is how you ace an introduction… Al is so boring sometimes… probably because my emotion sensing ability keeps undermining his solemn words…
We walk towards an area where I can see multiple materials, all solid, that radiate magic. He asks me to go over to each of the one by one and see if any reacts. I follow his instructions and start. I see that the first one is wood, holly, it lights up on fire and I instantly jump away, my experience from my rune class coming to my aid.
He gasps in shock before he asks, "You… how?!" He composes himself before asking me to continue… The other reactions aren't quite as explosive but 1 does have a spectacular one.
It was Willow, or maybe Alder, probably willow, it completely vanished! Not burst- It Vanished!!! He stared at me incredulous. I laughed at him expression.
He commented, "Not even Miss Dumbledore had such a similar reaction to her father… like Teacher I suppose…" He sighed.
I immediately stiffened before looking at him with wide eyes. My voice was shaky when it came out, "Miss Dumbledore? He is married?!" I felt angry and a bit betrayed as well. I try to calm myself before looking at him but from his pale expression, I am not quite successful.
"Explain" I say this and my magic is surrounding him. He stiffens for a moment before relaxing and telling me about a girl called Grace...
As he tells me that Al magically adopted her and has no relationship with anyone at this moment, I start learning more about him than I expected to. He was a bit of a flirt when he was young but apparently it has been years since he has dated anyone… He has no biological children and is not married; as I learn this, I start to calm down but my expression is still stormy.
I remain silent and consider the information I have received but it doesn't have any practical application as of yet. It has cleared up any worry I had about my 'senior' and has calmed me.
I apologize to him for my misconduct but he is muttering something lowly and just shakes his head before asking me to continue. I go over rest of the materials but I do not find any that react to me in a way that I might choose them instantly like he told me.
He stands there a bit bewildered before slowly walking towards the set of cabinets attached to the wall. He opens the doors and performs some magic that makes a container visible to me. He brings the absolutely black material towards me, holding it reverently. He gingerly places it in front of me before wordlessly gesturing me to hold it. I hold it like I did earlier with every other material but instead of being disappointed, I am pleasantly surprised to notice it absorb my magic before emitting it back and completely surrounding me with it.
He seems to smile at my visible shock as I feel something swear itself to me. The feeling of meeting a long lost old friend, like a piece of my soul I had regained. My magic begins focusing on one part of the material before it breaks off and I place the remaining material back. The portion containing my magic floats down to my hands, Ollivander puts the material back inside before he starts speaking again in a lecturing tone.
"The wood you are holding in your hand is burnt Elder." [Ollivander]
Wait, didn't I already go through Elder wood? Burnt Elder wood? What is that?
"The fire that burnt this wood was special; it both destroyed and created the wood over and over again, creating an endless cycle. My family observed it for generations but we were never able to do anything with it until Albus came to get his wand… he wandlessly removed the fire that kept burning for so long and the wood reacted to his magic. Now it reacts to yours…"
He goes on to detail how rare it is for such a coincidence to occur. Eventually, he runs out of steam before sighing and leading me to a section for me to get my core. He does mention whether I will be similar to Albus in this as well.
I again go to different reagents of different magical creatures but none of them reacts to me in any specific way. He even brings out some unseen items, a hair that seems to freeze whatever surface it touches, a branch that creates small plants where it is placed but they also don't react. He seems confused whether to be glad or angry. Eventually he laughs in amusement before saying, "Too similar! The ways of the Lords are beyond a simple crafter like me." And then he starts chuckling madly.
I remain silent until he calms down and as I am about to ask him, he says, "Your foci's core is not here. You will have to search for one yourself. But we have to give you something to start with so select the reagent that reacts the most to you at this time."
I am aggrieved by this but do end up selecting a Dragon's Heartstring. It is the only one that my wood seems to find acceptable at the moment. He chuckles again before telling me that Albus and I are too similar. On asking him to elaborate, he tells me that even Al's foci did not have an actual core until he found his familiar, Agrah. I feel a bit pleased at this before sobering up as where could I find a familiar that will choose me?
I asked him what would happen with my foci when I outgrow it and his reply is interesting.
"You never outgrow your first foci Miss Riddle. It will stay by your side for the rest of your life and even beyond if you allow it. Think of it as a piece of your soul. When you are no longer using it as a training wheel and use Wandless magic like most Wizards at 4th Level, you will wear it on your non-dominant hand. There are rituals to make it part of you as a wizards first foci is the one that grows with them and learns. Even if you don't perform that ritual, it will eventually be dissolved by your magic so that it can be part of your soul."
He raises his hands and begins performing a sort of mini ritual that makes the heartstring condense into a very small circle that dissolves on my wood. The wood begins turning into a shape of a ring and the magic being radiated is mine but without emotions. It becomes smaller and smaller until it can fit on one of my finger and then Mr. Ollivander draws a few runes and asks me to power them with my intention. They are for resizing it according to my hand and making it vanish if I don't need it. I do power them with that intention and the ring, which is black and glowing dark red floats over to me.
I wear it on my middle finger on my right hand, it completely resizes to fit it perfectly and snuggly wraps around it. I don't even feel it anymore. I introduce myself to it and I sense some emotion being evoked from the wood, similar to Acknowledgement.
I smile widely at that before thanking Mr. Ollivander profusely. He simply pats my head like a grandpa does and asks me to bring my actual core next time.
I nod profusely but as I am headed out, he asks me to wait before he takes out a piece of paper that has only 1 clause on it. It says that he will not reveal what my ring is; no details and anything whereas I will remain silent on what process he did in making my ring.
He tells me that it is standard for all wizards and witches and I accept. I give him a nod before heading out towards Al. My ring seems to assimilating with my magic already but so slowly…
I find Al surrounded by many men and women. He seems to be fully at ease with dealing with them all and even flirts a little with some of the more attractive women… I can feel my magic getting out of control until I sense his emotions.
He looks like he is having the time of his life and is even laughing politely at some of their jokes but I can sense the (Lethargy-Annoyance-Horror) from his magic that immediately grounds me and worries me. It has only been, I check, 15 minutes but he seems like hell just came over for lunch. All his emotions seem to be getting replaced by (Exhaustion). I immediately head over towards him and rudely break the crowd and drag him towards Gringotts while smiling cutely at everyone.
They lap it up so easily and when I tell him I want to head back inside, he immediately takes the opportunity and within 2 minutes we are headed back towards the children. As we enter Gringotts, he is overcome with (Relief-Gratefulness) towards me… I feel angry and annoyed at my physical age which is a new experience. I have no idea why but I feel as if there is another reason for these thoughts. They began when I regained my memory of the Being of Light who sent me here. He gave me a blessing… and immediately it hits me like a bulldozer!
I stop for a moment before continuing without any problems... I can think on my 'gift' later. Al asks me if everything is alright and I tell him that everything is good except too much stimuli for one day at which he smiles slightly. He lightly laughs at that and I am mesmerized by his expressions and emotions. He sounds so happy and fond despite how utterly exhausted he is. His face has that small smile that I find incredible and adore.
We keep up light conversation and I can feel him relaxing slowly, as we reach the back, suddenly a flame bursts in front of us both and seems to swallow us both as I stare in absolute shock.
Chapter End.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Time to wrap up the introduction Arc! We will start seeing other pov from next chapter and witness Ella's introduction to her family.
So yeah… in order for my plans to actually work, there needs to be a relationship between the 2 of them. So yeah, romance confirmed I guess?
Also, I was looking up Dark Lords and they all are super possessive aren't they? Salazar and Hogwarts, Grindelwald and the world, Voldemort and Britain… as soon as they zoom in on their target, super possessive behavior and extreme levels of yandereness… my brain…
Not to mention Light Lords… most of them can be said to be obsessive people as if we look at canon, 'Light' wizards all, who knew of the prophecy, believed in it and Harry's destiny. They did try to stop him but we all know how that goes. I mean just look at canon Dumbledore and Harry Potter, one instead to actually doing stuff believes in the prophecy and the other, instead of making the sane logical decision to ignore what the professors are doing decides to investigate… magic does seem to give most a one track mind…
Now I get that you all may be like, where are you getting this information from? I am interpreting their behavior in a way that suits my fanfiction until it doesn't… a lot of things will straight up be forgotten or ignored… do message me though if you think there is something I can include, I am always keen to hear new ideas.
