Chapter #10

Albus P.O.V,

Arceus blinked as he looked at the proceeding going on in front of him. He was getting too old for this nonsense. How many times would he have to teach all these 'distinguished' purebloods that he was in charge? This was getting ridiculous.

He cleared his throat before beginning to speak. "Enough!" The entire hall filled with representatives of different magical nations and their leaders immediately quietened.

He began speaking as he wanted this to be over with already. "Do not behave like children! You are all members of this Council! Behave in a way that reflects your position!" Some of the people in the room lowered their heads and a few looked disgruntled but they all nodded at his words.

A man chose to speak up at this moment, "But My Lord! Some of the members desire to cast their lot in support of Grindelwald's beliefs. That fool doesn't deserve any recognition from the members of this council! He wishes to rule over the muggles! The inferior ones without magic! We must stay away from those lower beings." His voice was impassioned and full of believe in his own words.

Arceus sighed at the man's words before looking back at them all and saying, "Hmm… and exactly why do some of you wish to support his rule over the mundanes?" He listened in disinterest as some members began speaking over their superiority and how they were above them. He wasn't impressed with any of what they said and made it clear, "All of your reasons are illogical and ultimately will provide no benefit to us. We (Wizards) will not be interfering in the affairs of the mundanes."

Arceus looked around at the people seated on the lower platform before concluding, "My decision is final. You will obey my commands… Inform Grindelwald that he is to stop with his schemes and appear in front me by the next meeting or else he will be declared a criminal and will be hunted down. Am I understood?"

The men and women of the council nodded their head, some resigned and some glad as he said, "Very well then, the meeting is adjourned."

1st P.O.V,

I quickly walked to the exit so that I could leave early. I had a class scheduled and was in no mood to travel through time to take it.

I am becoming too reliant on time travel as a solution to everything but it isn't something to be used so casually! Already the Ancient One has already scolded me twice…

I stifle a sigh as I sense one of the idiots follow me to hold a private conversation. Maybe I should kill these idiots now… they have severely outlived their usefulness to me and such stupidity needs to be eliminated for the survival of this race…

What was it that I used to say… ah yes… natural selection!

I laugh silently inside my head before turning around to grace him with a smile. He looks at me for a moment blankly; 'deliberate…' I think, before shaking his head and speaking, "My Lord… I wish to discuss some matters with you in private. If I could get a few moments of your time…" He trails off.

I smile warmly at him as he was smart enough to understand that the time is dependent on me. I inform him that I will be free next week during my regular hours so he can visit me during that time period. He smiles weirdly before asking whether he should inform my assistant. I give him a careless nod as I finally leave the hall.

It is fortunate that I had time to indoctrinate the younger generation to be fair towards the old-new Magicals.

I pass through the unnecessarily huge maze that is part of property being my 'symbol' of power. I pay some attention to a mirror to look at myself. The person looks back at me; he has yellow hair and golden eyes. I cast a Fidelius charm on my appearance when I first appeared in public. Unless someone realizes that I am Albus, they will never look past my hair color or make any connection with my true identity.

The Golden eyes are a little more complicated… my hair color is silver-white so I had to cast a charm on them but my eyes turn golden when my insights into the Laws of Creation come to play…

I silently appear in a room and I see Yao meditating calmly in front of my usual seat. I sigh before silently wondering what she wants. She looks calm while her red hair floats behind her in waves. It was a surprise to me for the first time to note that she wasn't bald. I walked over to my usual seat in the library before saying hello.

With that done, I open my book about journeying through different dimensions before continuing on from where I left. I am hoping to find some understanding of space hidden in this. The infinity stones are in the end limited to this reality and I have already gleamed what I could from them. I can virtually travel to any point in space and time that I am aware of but that is nothing if I want to leave this verse.

All those transmigrators have it easy! Getting those ridiculous cheats and having weird knowledge of when things happened exactly. I barely know when some of the biggest brands in the Marvel Universe began but some were too easy to find…

I may be a reality manipulator of incredible power but I power that using my magic. My magic has fortunately begun adjusting to the absorption of the barrier that hides us. My body has also begun to finally adjust to the strain of losing so much magic rapidly…

I focus on my second avatar that materializes in Hogwarts. He heads over to teach the class… I gently put a portion of my mind towards my avatar. As he transmits the knowledge of having begun the class, I focus back on the book but my attention is on my student.

Eleanor has been a surprise. Her sheer talent even managed to awe me for a while. While I can acknowledge that I had no proper teacher until Nick, I was able to reach the expert stage in what was available to me within 5 years. She will do it in 2 years! I smile at this as this only proves it. She is probably a main character.

The clichés are too many to just ignore now. Her magic is very dark aligned and she seems to be tailor made to be the Dark Lord Lady, she is gaining followers like they fall out of the bloody sky. I think on followers before dismissing the topic altogether, I had no interest in any of the people around me following me. Even some of my friends in this life, like Elphias, do not follow me as Albus.

I look closely at the Ancient One who smiles warmly at me. I return it with my own as no matter how much I do not care about random people, she is one of the few who I have an actual relationship with. Not to mention that I also owe her a lot for teaching me and being my mentor. I ignore how my mind screams at me for blatantly ignoring how similar she is to my original mother. That is an entirely different thought process… one I have already resolved… probably…

End 1ST P.O.V

------------------------------------------------------------

Yao smiled at Albus as he returned it with trepidation. It was a game that they played, one regarding specific information. He would give her information, incomplete, and she would try to piece the entire event from it.

"Let's not beat around the topic. You wish to arrange an audience with Havi… why?" [Yao]

"Lady Yao-" [Al]

"Do not refer to me as that." [Yao]

Al sighs before saying, "I simply wish to know why he turned his attention to my disciple… Aunt Yao." He looks resigned as he wants to keep up appearances in official capacity.

Yao smiles at his address before smirking, "See? Isn't it simple to refer to me in a way that displays our relationship? Your adopted parents are our close friends despite being much younger than us." She closes her eyes for a moment before saying, "And a new disciple? You do not tell me anything Al. I am hurt."

Al seems to get defensive at that, "I only got her a few days before the school year started. I did not have the time to inform you…" When she remains silent with her eyes closed, he rolls his eyes before beginning to tell her of Eleanor.

He tells her about her sheer talent and how he expects her to become really strong. He speaks about her kindness to others despite her own circumstances. Yao listens attentively, she begins making some tea for them both as he continues describing how far she has already progressed in two subjects.

As she finishes making her special brand of tea, he stops. Yao hums before saying, "You sound very fond of her." It is a question, a wordless way of asking why.

Al contemplates before giving a shrug. "I do not know myself. I had once thought that I could never have an equal… maybe she can become one. It remains to be seen. I am teaching her but we are more friends than actual teacher and disciple."

Yao calmly sips on her tea before saying, "She sounds like an interesting girl, and I would like to meet her eventually." She pauses for a few moments and says, "Your equal? You are, forgive my language, a freak. You gained insights into Creation itself. Even Havi is wary of facing you in battle despite being in his physical prime. And you are telling me you expect this young girl to eventually become your equal?"

Al, who was now blushing, stammered, "I- it- I am not that huge of a deal. Please stop. You are making me blush."

The Ancient One simply raised her red haired eyebrows in amusement, "You know, this conversation reminds me of the first time you met him. You reacted quite oddly then as well."

Al looks back at her with a deliberate blank face. He pretends that he has no idea what she speaks of. In his thoughts however, he is embarrassed as he remembers quite clearly what happened.

Yao doesn't seem dissuaded but she returns to the main topic, "But moving back to the topic, you did something didn't you? I am not aware of what it was but I remember Havi's face when you broke through. He stiffened immensely and even the children seemed to get ready for something."

Albus remains silent but there is a small smile on his face at that.

He says, "Really. Huh, I thought I was the only one who sensed their sight on me."

Yao sighs in exasperation before saying, "I wonder if this is how it feels to be old… I was born thousands of years earlier is this iteration of the universe yet I feel as if I know less." Al laughs at that in surprise.

She sighs again, "Even if you all keep it hidden from me, how long can you do so? I am the only wielder of an infinity gem. While I have been refraining from using it much too often in recent years, I am fully capable of doing so. Do not forget who facilitated your journey, as well as his into different dimensions."

Al nods at that but he remains silent. He changes the topic as he asks, "Have Nick and Perry visited you recently?"

Yao rolls her eyes, knowing what he is doing but accepting it before saying, "No. We meet quite frequently for immortals but I haven't seen them in roughly 5 months. Why?"

Al smiles at that, "No specific reason, just curious is all…" They both sip their tea before Al speaks up again, "And how are your adoptive children doing?"

Yao seems to smile warmly at that, "They are doing well. Just like you they do not visit me for such long periods; I am keeping my fingers crossed for grandchildren from Thor though."

Al blinks in surprise at that, "Thor and not Loki?" Yao stares at him in confusion, "Where did you hear anything about Loki having children? Loki is training to rule Asgard as Thor no longer has any interest since the time with Brunnhilde on Earth."

Al nods his head robotically while frantically thinking, 'What. What the bloody ****?! I know I haven't been paying attention to this iteration of the universe but what is this?!' He speaks calmly, "Sometimes I think you do it for no reason but you are definitely trolling me this time aren't you? You never said that Thor was about to marry her!"

Yao laughs, "You never asked… but it is quite obvious news… if you ever ask the dwarves or go visit other realms."

Albus sighs because he can and because everything outside of Midgard is incredibly weird. Hell even Midgard is weird. He is tired of running around trying to figure out what exactly is different from the movies or what is similar to some comics he has heard about. He looks at 'The Ancient One'; she is a woman with Red hair and Green eyes, not Bald, and an attractive one…

He speaks up, "I have already said it before, the fact that I have incomplete knowledge of future events. I knew about the existence of many beings as soon as I born but I remember seeing quite different things. The biggest difference that I witness every day is the existence of Wizards and Witches. The second is you. Who are you exactly? I have seen two iteration of 'The Ancient One' and you look nothing like them."

Yao smiled at his in bemusement, "I am Yao. The name was given to me by a village I stayed in for a few years with Havi. Overtime, as I had learned directly from Agamotto, I decided to become the Sorceress Supreme when he departed the Mortal Realm, and so I also came to be known as The Ancient One. My story is written in the books Al… just like yours." The last line was her joking at his expense.

Al laughed at that before he sighed, "There are way too many inconsistencies in what I remember and how things are. From what I saw, you were reliant on the energy from Dormammu's dimensions to live but there is no such thing here."

Yao stared in amusement for a few moments, "Havi would never let that happen. He is a very possessive bastard." As she spoke, they both felt someone look at them and while Al only felt a glance, Yao burst out laughing from something she apparently heard.

She said, "See? Like I said, a very possessive bastard…" The conversation seemed to pause as they both finished their tea, Al asked her a few questions regarding sorcery as there were too many fields and he wanted to learn as much as he would be able to. The conversation continued unstopped for an hour more until Agrah appeared in the room. Al looked up in happiness and his eyes seemed to glow brightly for a moment.

Agrah flowed over to Yao first, she smiled when he landed on her held out arm. She rubbed his feathered head and rubbed a finger on the Earthen crown. As he trilled, speaking to them in his language, she was able to trill back with ease. Finally Agrah jumped over to Al who immediately began pampering him like he would a baby.

Yao laughed when Agrah refused to stay still at all before she ordered him to go to bed like his familiar was telling him to. Al looked stubbornly at her before sighing as his dark circles became visible. He grimaced at that before asking, "Is there any spell that prevents another's mind energy from seeping into yours?"

She shook her head slightly before getting up and walking away as she asked him to get rest before he has to take a few apprentices into their first battle later on when they are ready.

--------------------------------------------------------

Albus P.O.V,

Al made his way towards the house within his realm. It looked like a normal home from the outside and on his way in, he saw how maintained the garden looked and smiled when it seemed relatively recent. He knocked on the door and Ab opened it. Ab smiled at him before leaving the door open, signaling him to come in.

They both head towards the dining room where they casually begin their conversation regarding the holidays that are coming soon. They also discuss Eleanor's birthday briefly but there is some time before it.

He tells them about his conversation with Yao before concluding that other than any knowledge regarding sorcery, he gained nothing. Ab sighed at that before they began discussing the event that takes place every year since Lord Arceus took over.

Initially the event was hosted by purebloods for fellow purebloods. Wizards all over the globe would attend the event and it was a sign of wealth, prosperity and power. A place where connections would be made, alliances built and destroyed.

However, since Arceus took over, they had become a way for people to impress him, to gain his favor. If someone wasn't invited, it would mean the slow distancing of all their allies. He was the royalty of the Wizarding World. It was a huge event in which everyone who had some clout would be invited to. Notable mentions were Old Families who had changed with the times as well as the Professors of Hogwarts, the best wizarding school and the Professors of the few magical Universities.

It was only natural that they would bring their families with them. Albus was a very famous person due to his contributions to the Magical World and due to this reason he and his family were also invited. His Adopted Daughter and Son-in-law were also invited for the simple well-known fact that they were raised together by the Dumbledore family and were their children. They were currently debating two main things.

1. Their family name.

2. Eleanor's Presence.

One of these was already decided but the other was being argued over like no tomorrow. Albus hated his second name. He had already changed it officially but they hadn't yet announced it so it wasn't public knowledge yet.

"I want to announce that our family has finally changed its name. I intend to do it in this event. People have already set precedence and it is simply something that we will have to do eventually anyways." [Albus]

Ab is not against the name change, in fact, befitting someone raised by Al he also disliked their second name and is all for it but, "Do we have to do it now? We already have to introduce Eleanor to Grace and Leo, and then we also intend to introduce her as part of our family. We will be moving too fast, Eleanor deserves to have us all acknowledge solely her as befitting a declaration of a new family member."

Ariana adds in her view, "Especially because instead of her being acknowledged as a daughter, son, nephew or niece, we are acknowledging her as a younger sister which I am still finding weird. She is clearly much younger than us physically but her mental age seems to rival ours, which isn't saying much… as we are mentally much younger than our physical ages and we cannot see her as a child."

"The reason for that is obvious, she is going to be the Dark Lord or Lady in her case, and it wouldn't make sense for her to my inferior in any way. The magic of this world ensures it. She will become my equal eventually in most fields of magic… but it remains to be seen whether she ever becomes my equal." [Al]

Ab sighs, "We haven't even spoken to Grace and Leo since their wedding, to introduce them to their 'aunt' who is younger than them will be quite the surprise… I would not be shocked if Leo decided to bail on us for weeks after that…"

Ariana laughs before saying, "He is a sweetheart, and he won't do something like that to us." At their disbelieving looks that were levied at her, she only laughed more. "We raised them both and while Al took time to accept him, he is part of our family. In fact, the only reason I didn't adopt him by blood was because we could see how their magic was interacting with one another."

"I have already disproven that theory Ariana. A Magical's blood changes with their mastery of magic and as they advance through different levels, though the difference is very minute when they are below level 4." [Al]

"Speaking of which, how far along are you now? Last we checked you had broken to Ascended Lord stage and this was years ago." Aberforth asked curious.

Al seemed to hunch in on himself at that, "I am stuck. I haven't advanced at all for two years."

Ariana gasped in slight shock, "Not at all?! Not even in the different Arts?!"

Al looked back up, "What? No, I am advancing in them but I have been stuck at this stage for quite some time."

Ab and Ariana deadpanned at him in unison before Ab said, "You ungrateful fool! Within a century you advanced beyond any other being in existence and now you are whining about being unable to advance in strength?!"

Ariana added, "Is everyone an idiot to you?! Even we are only on the 8th Level despite being in such close proximity to you! In fact, ever since we met mom and dad, they have already regained some of their abilities and are also at the 8th Level now. It takes years on average, with constant training and magical exertion to advance and you simply want to advance again?!"

Albus raised his head high to explain himself before leaning back into his seat in silence when he saw their glares. Aberforth asked him a question to distract him, "Al! Remember that stuff you told us about how we Magicals are close to their opposites in nature? Can you elaborate on that?"

Al looked back at him in faint interest, "Yes? What about it? I do remember saying something regarding that."

Ariana said, "Just explain what you meant!"

Al hummed faintly before shaking his head to focus back on the conversation. He was thinking about whether Eleanor would recognize his magical signature as Arceus. She had already displayed a remarkable level of sensitivity to magic and he was working under the assumption that she unconsciously sensed magic familiar to her. He had informed Grace and Leo of his identity very late but it was never an issue of trust but one of maturity.

His trust in Eleanor surprised him many times; he wasn't one to trust easily, especially in a world like this. He already trusted a limited amount of people and it showed from how he had a title for each of them. Nicolas and Perenelle had taken the position of parents in his heart as he had very few memories of his previous personal life. He had no idea why though.

He remembered most of his life clearly; memories of sports, his jobs, a few friends, even some moments spend reading to his sister and some quiet moments with his parents but nothing much beyond their personalities and appearance. He had loved them deeply and sometimes he still missed them but he had moved on. The only reason he accepted Yao was because interacting with her reminded him of his mother in his first life. He was compromised in this… he knew that as she had stronger ties to Asgard.

He answered their question, it was a method of distracting him, one too familiar from spending most of his life with them and he adored them for it, he had times when he would sink into his depressing thoughts and think up every worst case scenario possible in this universe.

"The nature of a person is regarding their magical alignment. If a magical has a light alignment, they are more likely to approach a problem with a peaceful solution; the opposite is true for ones with dark alignment." Ab and Ariana seemed to laugh at that and he understood why. He was the reason.

"I am the exception due to my insights into Creation; they removed me from being affected by my natural alignment. Creation, Destruction, Life, Death, Order, Chaos, Light, Darkness, Heaven, Earth, Nature and Void are all devoid of emotions and thus they do not hold a large effect on our psyche. The core alignment is different as it simply shows what types of magic you can learn better."

"It is within our nature to be attracted to our opposite despite them supposedly being our reverse. That isn't true. There is no good and evil involved within concepts at that scale. My insights are into Light and Creation. I intend to transcend using the Concept of Creation, on doing that I will be free to master different concepts, such as elemental ones."

Ab and Ariana nodded at that in realization. Ab asked, "How strong of an attraction is it? Is it even a logical development?"

Al thought on it, "Not a logical one as it is simply unavoidable. For instance, if I were to meet someone who had much insight into Darkness, I would be attracted to them if they were in my striking range, similarly for destruction."

Ab slumped in his seat at that. Ariana seemed to stare at him in slight worry but dismissed it when he straightened in a few moments.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

1st P.O.V,

I stared at both of my little ones in curiosity. It wasn't like them to ask such complicated questions regarding the magical nature of people. It wasn't particularly shocking as they had to advance conceptually from the 8th Stage onwards. It was the only reason I could believe that the highest achieved rank was 9th.

The levels were a curious thing, after the 10th stage, you would advance based on your insight into your concept. If it was an element, you would advance the equivalent of 3 ranks, but take one of the fundamental forces, like I did, you advance directly to the stage I dubbed the 'Lord Realm'. I directly jumped onto the Lord Realm after my breakthrough… eventually after much research and searching I advanced to Ascended Lord Realm. The next stage is transcendence, on which I am confident I can leave this realm.

I do not yet know whether I can take on and beat a Celestial but I can definitely hold them indefinitely. After my breakthrough, my Universe will begin to advance again.

It could eventually become an Omniverse on its own but I was lost for the moment.

It annoys me that I cannot advance already. I will virtually be undefeatable in any universe once I transcend but what am I missing...

I turn my attention back to Hogwarts where I see Eleanor cuddling with Agrah casually as she is chatting with Ella. Their friendship reminds me of mine with Gellert. We weren't equals by any means, we had entirely different goals but we had become as close as best friends. I remember how he used to bring gifts for Ariana and Ab despite barely knowing them.

He started changing when he read the theory that I proposed as Arceus for the first time. The one where Magicals were to have their own realm, I stated the advantages for that and even stroked the egos of Magicals as a whole. He changed steadily after that… I dismiss my thoughts as I refocus back on my paperwork. I really have to set up a better way of checking these assignments…

Eleanor grins at me warmly with a glint in her eyes that speaks of mischievousness. I sigh at that because the last time she vanished all my dummy equipment as a warning to not miss breakfast again. I was truly one of the most accomplished men in this universe, I had duped everyone into believing that my room was surrounded by actual useful inventions that I was working on that they never actually explored my lab.

Eleanor was duped into believing it like Ariana does and I laugh in glee on the inside for a moment at my ingenious. I smile at Agrah, who is being choked in her arms without her realizing it. They have a better relationship than Grace did in the beginning which is a relief to me. I found Agrah when he was an egg. I poured some of my magic to enhance the flavor so I could eat it but when it grew in size like no egg ever had, I was beyond baffled.

Agrah must never find that he was about to be an omelet. I looked at Ella and smiled at her silently. As much as I hate how I have facilitated the Purebloods indirectly, cases like her make me smile. I have always had a weakness for children, naturally all my identities share this weakness and I think of children as the most previous and wonderful gift to all species.

I can never worship or even venerate God like I did in my first life. I can create life now and it isn't that surprising, even a soul is achievable with a lot of effort but I haven't tried nor do I intend to. I will become a creator level being eventually, but every day I wake up and I pray for the gift of children alone. I never did it until I raised Grace and to a shorter extent Leo with Ariana and Ab. But since we raised them, it has been some of the best years of our lives.

Cases like Ella's are also ones that give me much joy. She has found her family and even her friends are many. I focus back on Eleanor who smiles at me softly with a complex look in her eyes and I cannot help but feel as if she knows what I am thinking or feeling. It is a weird feeling and while I trust my instincts, this is just ludicrous.

Ab and Ariana are seeing her as their younger sister which is fair as they haven't really advanced beyond the 9th Level and nor will they for quite some time. I can only see her as a young friend which confuses me in many ways. I blink and I see a black haired woman with red eyes smile at me which only lasts as I blink again. I can see Eleanor and Ella again with no trace of the person I saw.

It isn't particularly surprising and I am seeing it as some sort of far-sight ability that I randomly developed or that I am going mad. I can't be going mad as I am already mad. Who else but a madman would create their own universe?

I focus back on my paperwork again as I finish grading the last few assignments so we can all have breakfast at Hogwarts before the break is announced. I also have to deal with the issue of the old pagan rituals that they want to introduce as a compulsory educational subject at all institutes.

While I have no problems with children learning the history of the Old rituals and what it entails, I have a huge problem with teenagers, especially ones stuck with other annoying teenagers learning about Gods of War, Slaughter and such. As if they don't have enough incentive to attempt to kill each other already.

Next thing I will be dealing with is formally worshipping Zeus as a God of Sex. Wait… that's actually not a bad idea… it will certainly annoy everyone who wants to make this compulsory. I think on their faces as their children ask why Zeus is not the God of Children or even Adultery and laugh madly on the inside.

I dismiss this particular thought as I have some time to deal with it. In fact, I can even placate them with it being free to teach when we move to our own Dimension. I lean back in my chair as Eleanor decides to make some tea for us both as Ella goes to finish her upcoming assignment. She makes some delicious tea; the flavor is just strong enough to not affect the overall sweetness…

She smiles as she serves the tea before asking me about different magically aligned spells within a subject. She really is quite smart for her age and even otherwise; no one even begins to think about this until their second year. I wonder whether the Headmaster and the Head Professors will accept her request for private study. I could make it for her but how is she supposed to advance if she doesn't fall. I doubt she can actually convince them to let her take her studies privately at her pace and just give the final exams in her 5th Year.

I look at Agrah who seems comfortable in her arms in confusion. Why is so comfortable with her. Especially as a Phoenix… he told me that they only care about family and while yes, she is going to be declared a part of our small family, it has only been a few months… I am quite confused…

I answer her queries as I think up multiple ways in which she could actually convince the Headmaster to actually take her exams alone and I can only think of her being sorted into Hufflepuff. It will show that she is incredibly hard working as well so maybe he will accept then. It remains to be seen…

End Chapter.
