Chapter 1 : Back to the present
"Awwn would you look at that. The puny humans are trying to escape, do you really think I'll let you leave just like that??"
Belphegor taunts with scorn on his face.
"Elisha, take them and leave. You are going to have to take the lead for a little while."
Eliza remarks, paying no heed to Belphegor 's taunts.
"Eliza…"
Elisha attempts to speak but is unable to as he looks on.
"Don't worry, I'll be fine. Have you forgotten that I'm the strongest??"
Eliza says with a smile.
"Let's go."
Elisha orders as he turns to leave.
"I'm not going anywhere."
Sirius retorts with his head down.
"Sirius, don't be so stubborn… please."
Eliza says with a plea.
"Sirius, let's go."
Elisha remarks, taking a hold of Sirius with the latter providing little resistance as he was dragged away.
"You lot are going nowhere."
Belphegor remarks, quite annoyed that he was being ignored.
Just then, a red star the size of a soccer ball appears in Belphegor's palm and he hurls it at the retreating party with intent.
Eliza immediately forms a sword from powered by divine energy before moving in the direction the star was headed after which she splits it in half with no issue at all with the ensuing blast causing an explosion that completely obliterated the mountain and it's surrounding area.
The smoke from the explosion clears to show Eliza floating in mid air without as much as a scratch while the apostles were nowhere to be seen.
"You... You destroyed a dwarf star in just one strike and you seem to have exerted no stamina in doing so. Now I am curious to know exactly what your ability is."
Belphegor remarks with a grin as he attempted to move forward but stopped in his tracks.
"I don't know what my ability is, to tell you the truth. All I know is that I've always had a power akin to a deity.
So I guess you can call me a goddess of sorts, an incarnate of the Father."
Eliza says as her eyes begin to glow with the surrounding resonating with the divine energy exuding from her.
"What kind of power is this??.... How do you have such a strong connection with the Throne??"
Belphegor asks as a sense of foreboding creeped in.
"I really would like to know as well. But I guess I don't have the luxury to find out anytime soon because of your interference, so just stop asking me questions and die already...
Heavenly transcendental art : zero."
Eliza says with her arms spread out with a bright light forming in between them.
A white flash occurs and after that an explosion so powerful it rocked the entire African continent to it's core.
The smoke clears to reveal nothing but a large hole in the earth's crust, with Eliza and Belphegor as well as the demon horde completely gone…

"Yeah, I hate myself for leaving her there, my big sister and the only one that cared to bring me up with love was most likely dead now and..."
The voice trails off as a knock is heard coming from somewhere.
"Hey Sirius, how long are you gonna stay in there sulking??.... It's been a week since Eliza left, we need you."
A female voice calls out with concern apparent in her voice.
"Leave me alone, Aria… I really don't wanna talk to anyone right now."
Sirius replies, immediately recognizing the voice.
"You don't have to talk, Jonathan spotted a horde heading towards our location, Elisha is calling for a meeting."
Aria remarks
"Tch, I'll be there shortly."
Sirius replies albeit with some reluctance in his voice.
"Good…. You don't have to worry, Eliza is a strong woman, I'm sure she's okay."
Aria adds after which footsteps are heard moving away from the door.
"Yeah.. I guess you're right."
Sirius mutters under his breath as he opened his eyes.

{ MAKESHIFT MEETING HALL }
"Hey Sirius, glad you could join us."
Jay remarks with a smile as Sirius walked into the hall.
"Was wondering how long you were gonna be sulking for."
Zinc remarks in a somewhat nonchalant manner.
"Zino… .everyone deals with grief in their own way, don't attack Sirius."
Serayah says.
"Yeah I know, sorry man."
Zuni replies.
"No you're right, Eliza wouldn't be happy to see me sulking like this so it's better I get up and doing. So what's the issue."
Sirius remarks as he takes a seat along with the other apostles present.
"Well our cover's been blown, we could have left sooner but now we might end up having to fight our way out of here as things stand."
Jonathan says as he let out a sigh.
"Was there any sign of a leader amongst their ranks??"
David asks.
"Most likely an earl but I could be wrong."
Jonathan replies.
"Earl or not, we have to get ready to leave…. We need to head back to The Sanctuary and deliver the Ark as per the terms of our mission."
Elisha remarks with the apostles nodding in agreement.
"What about Eliza??... We need to go back and look for her."
Sirius remarks.
"And I promise that we will but right now we need to finish the mission or else, Eliza's order would be meaningless, so are you guys with me??"
Elisha replies before standing to his feet.
Elisha puts out his fist as the others joining fists with Sirius joining in last after which Elisha nods his head in acknowledgement.

Demons are seen flying into the city with undead humans following on foot.
They come to a halt and stand waiting for the command of the one who seemed to be at the helm of the attack.
"Come out of your holes, you human scum and face the ultimate punishment at the hands of Agares, a great duke of hell for daring to step on this land…"
A high ranking demon remarks in a loud voice.
