Chapter 1 : Letting loose IV

Before the other generals can react so as to avenge their fallen comrade, Sara teleports behind them and faces her palms toward them.

"Heavenly art : Wide area Midas touch."

Sara says.

Four gold colored energy hands come out from behind Sara and grab all the generals turning them to gold instantaneously causing them to shriek in pain.

The generals fall to the ground and break into pieces after their bodies were fully encased in gold with Sara looking at them as they fell with pity in her eyes.

 "Goodbye, rest in peace…"

Sara mutters as she teleports away from the scene.

Sirius ceases his attack and rushes to where Agares had landed, upon reaching there he saw no-one.

Just then, he senses the presence of a dark entity and immediately takes a leap back before turning in the direction of the energy he had felt

Soon after, Agares emerges from a portal with an annoyance on his face.

"I've never known an archdemon to fight in such a cowardly fashion, masking your presence with that portal and attempting a sneak attack is quite cowardly.

I can only but feel bad for Hell for having you amongst it's upper echelons of authority."

Sirius remarks in a condescending manner.

"Silence!!!"

Agares yells out with anger resonating in his voice.

Agares is beyond angered at Sirius comment as he creates a blade of pure hell flame and sped towards Sirius attempting to finish the latter in one strike.

Unfortunately his plan fell through as Sirius dodged his attack with relative ease.

"Is that the fastest you can go??... Cause if it is, then I am really disappointed in you. I expected so much more."

Sirius remarks, adding to Agares's woes.

"How did you do that??.... I moved at faster than light speeds and yet you just stepped out of the way like as though it was nothing."

This time though, Agares is more shocked than angry as he stared blankly at the apostle staring at him with ridicule in his eyes.

"Ho... You were only going at faster than light. but that is my base speed, how fast do you think I would go if I actually wanted to."

Sirius remarks casually.

With that being said, he creates a light blade construct and waits for Agares to come at him.

Agares charges towards Sirius again but this time Sirius doesn't dodge but clashes blades with Agares with air dispelling from the area around them due to the collision.

Sirius and Agares begin to fight in earnest but it seemed as though Sirius was having his fun with Agares as he blocked Agares's strikes with relative ease, not bothering to hit back at the earl.

"Heavenly art : Unsightly tendrils."

Zara says with her right palm pointed towards the sky.

A dark cloud surrounds Zara and out of it several black tendrils begins to shoot out and grab demons and undead alike, draining everything from them until there was nothing else but bones.

"Damn ,that's nasty."

Jonathan remarks from behind her.

"Shouldn't you be somewhere else?.... I've got things here, you may leave."

Zara retorts.

"Oh come on, are you by any means try to send me away."

Jonathan remarks while feigning sadness.

"Yup… now be gone."

Zara replies nonchalantly.

"You hurt me to no end…."

Jonathan says.

"Are you really gonna be like that??"

Zara asks as she turned to face him.

"Fine, I can understand why you'd be so serious right now. How about we talk when we get back to Sanctuary."

Jonathan says with his arms raised up in surrender.

"I can't promise anything, we should focus in finding Eliza for now before thinking about any kind of romance even if it is quite tempting."

Zara says in a rather casual manner.

"Uhm..I'll be back…"

Jonathan says before moving at sub sonic speed.

He gets some distance between himself and Zara before catching up with a horde that was surrounding Natalie.

Natalie was getting overwhelmed with the sheer number of adversaries attacking her from all sides.

No matter where she turned she was blocked from moving away so as to keep a reasonable distance from the spawns of hell

"Heavenly art : Discord."

Jonathan says from atop a building.

A purple wave blows over the entire area in which Natalie was meant to deal with after which demons and undead begin to attack each other and rip themselves to pieces.

Natalie sees this and uses it as an opportunity to get some distance between herself and the fight, finally coming to stand beside Jonathan.

"I could have handled that."

Natalie remarks while averting her eyes.

"I know, but I got bored so I decided to help…. You can finish it up though."

Jonathan replies with a chuckle.

"Yeah sure, thanks for the help though….

Heavenly art : Erasing snap."

Natalie says as she snaps her fingers loudly and in an instant all demons and undead within her range of vision turn to ash.

"Damn girl, that's brutal."

Jonathan says while scanning the area that was now covered in black soot.

"Wanted to do that since but it seems they knew and tried to keep me from snapping anyways it's over now, we should check on the others."

Natalie says with a sigh.

"Yeah sure, let's go."

Jonathan remarks with both individuals leaving the scene.

Sirius was getting tired of Agares numerous attempts to land a blow with him constantly having to dodge and avoid getting hit.

Agares was exceedingly frustrated at how low Sirius saw him as Agares could not stomach the pride with which Sirius blocked his strikes with ease albeit with the surrounding area being destroyed due to shock waves and redirected attacks.

"Enough of this."

Agares remarks in frustration as he takes a few steps back.

"Unholy light."

Agares says as a bright red light begins to shine around him as it forms a spiraling ball with its rotation whipping up the earth around him.

"You've got to be kidding me."

Sirius remarks, chuckling at Agares attempt to manipulate light.
