"Tch, damn that stupid Keller. Did she really have to go ahead and tell the knights all about the project Elena is working on."

Commander Stanton says as he sort to catch his breath.

"If the Sanctuary catches wind of such a project being carried out by Elena, they might want to shut it down seeing as how it would compromise their place as the center of governance over the remainder of humanity willing to stay in the refuge cities."

Commander Stanton remarks as a matter of fact.

"The Sanctuary finding out now would only cause problems going forward."

Commander Stanton says with a sigh.

"Toppling the power the Sanctuary has over the Cities of refuge is one reason that I support Elena's idea so much. With that kind of power, there would be no reason to make unnecessary contracts and creation of an army would be possible. An army capable of standing up to those puppets the Sanctuary parades around as the saviors of humanity."
