Cassandrei, a goblin princess, banished to the land of mortals finds herself striving without any of her powers. With passing time she transitions into a common human and reversal from that becomes harder.

What happens when her powers in the land of mortals starts to attract creatures that are unheard of? Creatures that turn the everything upside down in a manner of few seconds.

Michael, a man who was running away from his own trauma ends up saving someone who was way too different to be human. At the same time he unraveled secrets about himself and everything which he once believed to be only a part of the folklores.

"Your what"? He asked skeptically to which she gave him a tiny smile.

"What did you say?" I spat. He smirked and simply looked away. I had this uncontrollable urge to punch this guy, to beat him till each and every bone of the body turns into a mess of crumbs. Never have I ever felt this intense urge to indulge in a violence like this.

I stormed out of the room and hurried towards my own room. I can't believe Cassie dated a jerk like him. Obsessed did he say? What did he have that could possibly make Cassie obsess. On the other hand Cassie was younger at that time, not to mention this bastard clearly took advantage of her innocence.

Even the thought of it made my blood boil. No matter what, imagining what she has gone through shatters my heart into a million pieces. She was banished from her land because of this? Can't believe she had to abandon her own home because of this ridiculous jerk.
