Can you fall in love again when it almost destroyed everything you stood for?

Cassandrei, a goblin princess, banished to the land of mortals finds herself striving without any of her powers. With passing time she transitions into a common human and reversal from that becomes harder. 

After an accident she crossed path with someone who could unlock her powers on earth itself. She called him her "Key". Will he help her regain her powers? What happens when her powers in the land of mortals starts to attract creatures that are unheard of? Creatures that turn the everything upside down in a manner of few seconds.

Michael, a man who was running away from his own trauma ends up saving someone who was way too different to be human. At the same time he unraveled secrets about himself and everything which he once believed to be only a part of the folklores.

"Cause you are my key" She whispered. 

"Your what"? He asked skeptically to which she gave him a tiny smile.

Key to a Goblin's Heart

After contemplating a lot, I decided to sell the company. That's right, I wanted to move on from this lifestyle and the only way to truly move on was to… well move on. After I am done with my deals I would need to hand it over to someone worthy. Many of my father's friends approached me for sure, but I could tell very well that they were trying to rip me off

As for the ones already in my company, I wasn't sure I felt about handing it all to one of them. Sure the manager, Mr Matador, was one of the most competent people I have ever seen, but he too made it very clear that he did not want to be at the head of the table. What is is about this position that non-power hungry people didn't like,

I had set up an interview with another large company for the day. They proposed to do it over skype, but I wanted to get a personal impression of the people and their surroundings. I have done my necessary background check, but I was still a bit wary.
