"Akzel…?" A voice reached his ears and he immediately figured out the speaker. It was the first friend he made after coming to TRAY, Zepry.

"Hey there! You're shopping as well?"

"Kind of. But ugh… do you have some spare time? I was planning to visit you today." Zepry asked with a difficult expression.

His expression made Akzel confused. "Sure. Wanna come to my place then?"

"Sure!"

"So, what is it that you want to talk about?" Akzel gave Zepry some snacks and asked with a curious expression.

Zepry sighed. "It's that my false identity as a zeta-species is exposed to some groups that have been targeting for the last two days. Look. I'm not trying to blame you or-"

"I understand. Also, thanks for being frank. Wait a bit!" With a serious expression, Akzel went off to another room leaving behind a confused Zepry.

A minute later, Akzel returned with a thin white piece of paper in his hand. "This is a high-level Cursed paper. You can check the authenticity." A cursed paper is basically a more reliable way to keep a vow. It is used by the law enforcers to issue a vow of sorts to the criminals. The reason it is reliable is because - The violators of the contract will die.

Zepry wasn't foolish enough to not figure out what Akzel wanted to do. He helplessly smiled. "There's no need for you to do this. I don't think this is the right way to use this but - just the sentiment is enough!"

Akzel too helplessly smiled and put away the paper and started inquiring about his situation. Few minutes later, he got a better idea of Zepry's situation. The night Akzel first came to TRAY, two assassins sneaked and attacked him and he barely managed to escape from them. Later, an even stronger assassin was sent to deal with him. Fortunately, a senior was present in the vicinity and dealt with the assassin.

Akzel pondered and said, "Did you talk with Preslica?"

Zepry shook his head. "I haven't yet. Do you know where her dorm is?"

"Mhm. Wanna go together?"

"Sure!"

"Ah, wait a minute. I need to prepare for some things."

S-1 Dormitory.

Akzel and Zepry quickly arrived at the dorm Preslica is living in. But there was a problem. "Akzel, do you know her room number?"

"It would be weird if I knew that."

Soon, a blond-haired man came out of the dorm. Seeing him, Akzel hurried. "Bro, do you live here?"

"Mhm. Do you have some business here..?"

"Yeah. We came to visit a person. Unfortunately, we don't know her room number."

"Ah… who is that person? I can't say I know everyone here but at least I can try." The blond-haired man said with a good natured smile.

"Her name is Preslica. Do you know her?"

The blond-haired man's expression at first was one of confusion. Then slowly horror got mixed. 'Mother! Why have they come for her!? Should I warn them? No. Grafin. No! It's better to not interfere.'

"We-well. Her room number should be 624."

Akzel's and Zepry's complexion brightened. "Thanks bro!" Saying this, they departed patting the scared Grafin.

Room 624.

"Tsk. Tsk. So boring… How can horror these days be so boring?" Preslica lazily lied down on the sofa and watched a horror movie. If her dorm mates could hear her, they would definitely curse on their mind: 'Horror doesn't fear horror!'

*Ding* *Dong*

"Damn. Who is it at this time of the day? Don't most people jerk off at this hour?" Preslica got up with an annoyed expression and opened the door. "Ah! Sorry for disturbing but there is a crucial issue at hand." Akzel apologized with a smile. Zepry stood behind him. Preslica's eyes were blank. Seeing her not respond, Akzel spoke, "Hello?"

"Ah! What am I doing spacing out like that? Please come inside!" Recovering from her daze, Preslica sweetly smiled.

A while later, Akzel and Zepry finally explained the whole thing to Preslica. Preslica's expression went from intrigued to horror. "T-this… Zepry, did you contact the authorities?"

Zepry had a difficult expression. "I can't. My identity might be exposed."

Preslica put on a thoughtful expression. "Zepry. I think the best option for you right now is to leave TRAY."

Hearing this, Zepry's face became resolute. "I won't. I would definitely not leave TRAY no matter what happens."

Preslica sighed and her face became sad. "It's possible that someone might have been eavesdropping on us that day… If only my curiosity didn't get better of it then…"

Before she could finish, Zepry interrupted with a gentle smile. "You don't need to say anymore. You know yourself that I'm not blaming you."

Preslica sighed again. "I'll try to help as much as I can. Akzel, I have some private talks with you." Saying so, Preslica pulled the confused Akzel to a room.

"What is it?"

Preslica's face turned solemn. "Let me get this straight. Zepry is a potential calamity to our family businesses. It is I who tried to kill him. I feel that this would be a great opportunity to finally kill him. Are you interested?"

Akzel was dumbfounded. His mouth wide open. After a few seconds, his eyes narrowed. "Let's not talk about the harm he would do to our businesses. What's my gain in this?"

Preslica had a small smile on her face. "I would give you a dozen Blaze Crystal. How about it?"

"How about no? I'm not trying to sound arrogant but they have no use for me."

Preslica frowned. "What do you want then?"

Akzel's lips curled up. "I want a gold ticket."

Preslica's frown deepened. "What gold ticket?"

"You know what I'm talking about."

"It's not worth it."

"Is that so? Then it seems we have to part ways here."

Preslica pondered for a while then finally said, "Fine. We'll have it your way."

Akzel smiled. "So what do I need to do?"

"Basically, nothing. You just have to keep your lips tight." Preslica insipidly said while pouring a little white powder over a green tea.

"Now that's a classic!"

Preslica didn't say anything.

Akzel returned to his dorm alone. He slowly opened the door and went inside. Looking at a frowning young man, he suddenly smiled. "I owe you a big time, mate." It was Zepry.

Zepry kept frowning. "Why? How did I offend her?"

Akzel sighed, "Perhaps, your identity offended her."

Shaking his head, Zepry forced a smile. "Anyways, are you sure she won't find out that it's a puppet?"

"I can guarantee it."

Zepry heaved a sigh of relief. "Do I have something you want from me?"

Akzel smiled but didn't deny it.

"Speak, as long as it is within my capabilities, I'll do whatever you want me to." Zepry was an honest man who knows how to return favors. The man in front of him is risking his life to save his.

Akzel was about to open his mouth when he heard several sounds in his head.

Akzel sighed, then looked at the young man in front of him who seemed confused. "Can you wait a bit?"
