This Kingdom was in the north. I have to ride in the east because Melenmore is situated there. But for the night I had to stop and by the grace of God my mother's secretary at once taught me on how to light a fire.
But the only thing I did not anticipate was the snow. The snow had made the wood bed which made it difficult for me to light a fire and I had mistakenly not carried alcohol with me.
Alcohol would have helped me light a fire and become a catalyst but with the absence of it I have to shiver in the cold and my horse was getting antsy.
"This is not good," I huffed and shivered as the cold wind blew. At the palace I was given numerous blankets along with the fire that was lit out all night long. Here I did not have the luxury and now I know how it feels to be out at night in the snow.
I gulped as the cold got to me.
My teeth were chattering now. Too, too cold.
