My step faltered and it went noticed by Tristan because I could feel his hand come up to my back as he gently pushed me forward. And before I knew it I was sitting on the throne while everyone was looking at me.
When the musicians started to play the instruments everyone looked away from us and started their conversations. I could feel their gaze on me from time to time.
"You were reluctant,"
I looked at Tristan to find him looking at me as he said his observation. I nodded.
"Why? I thought you agreed to give this a chance?"
I frowned slightly realising that he was talking to me while the entire courtroom was filled with the creatures that could hear everything no matter how quietly it was said.
"Don't worry about that," he took my hand in his, "there is a spell casted on this room. No one can hear anything and even if they can, one learns to tune unwanted things out."
Not enough reassuring it was.
