My eyesight was blurry but I did not blink. I did not want the tears to fall. I didn't even want to blink because the moment I did I knew I would end up seeing Lysar again. 

As if the torture to leep him down was not enough, Tristan had kept him there. Was he even aware? I wondered about that as I walked to the courtroom. 

"I don't think you should do it," Diwal said breathlessly as he tried to catch up with me. "What do you say when they ask why you were wandering around?" 

I continued walking quickly. "I do not care about what anyone asks of male. That behaviour is unacceptable!" He was dying if he was not dead by now. 

"Alright that is," he nodded his head, "but what if you are put in chains again because of this?" 

I stopped.
