Even More Problems

"Why are we hiding?" Vaha asked, whispering to River as kept hiding from the fifth prince's sharp eyes as much as they could. 

"Do not let him see you." River whispered back to her, ducking below the window just as the fifth prince's eyes appeared in their direction. "No matter what." 

The two sat in silence until River started relaxing slightly. 

"Why?" She asked, tilting her head to the side. "Is it because I am a-" 

"No." He said, waving his hands in the air. "I don't know much about this myself. But, from what I gathered, the young prince has this problem with women and girls. 

"Once he sees them, he will soon develop a desire to rip them to pieces. 

"That could just be a rumour though. I don't really know. Nevertheless, Ace told me to hide and protect you and that is what I am going to do." 

"You make it sound like I am constantly in danger." Vaha chuckled, stopping when the boy looked at her with a raised eyebrow.
