Quinn felt a bit surprised while Vincent looked at her with furrowed brows as he asked, "What do you mean?"
"It seemed that he wanted to be in charge of everything instead of me. Perhaps, he is thinking of overthrowing you and becoming King? Could that be the reason that he betrayed his own kind and joined hands with the dark witches?" Queen Mother explained to them.
Vincent nodded as he let out a breath, "Yes, it seems so. I have had some of my trusted people watching him and other traitors in the palace."
"It is good that you have not shown him that you know." Queen Mother said, looking relieved.
"Yes, we shall retire to my chamber now." Vincent said as he glanced at Quinn.
She glanced at Queen Mother, "Good evening, mother. We shall see you in the morning."
Queen Mother smiled, softly and looked between the two of them as she replied, "See you in the morning."
