Chapter 102: Then it's decided.
"Is that…" Kalon thought to himself as he remembered what his father had said. They said they would contact him after he reached the kingdom, but he wasn't expecting it to be so soon after he enrolled in the school. And he didn't know how they knew where to find him. It seemed strange to him, but he tried not to overthink it as he made his way over to the window and unlatched the lock before pushing it open slightly, letting the cold air into the room as he did so.
But as Kalon moved to the window, he grazed his arm against the wall and a sharp pain shot through his body, and his legs twitched slightly as he looked down to his arm that was tightly bound in a bandage.
'It's broken?' Kalon asked himself while realising just how bad his injury was, but before he could think any further, the black crow outside the window chirped one more time.
"Coo"
