Wang Zhao smiled. "Wife, are you ready?" He asked in a low tone.
"I am ready to put on a great show." Sang Qian nodded her head.
He chuckled and all of a sudden attacked her neck. She gasped. "Wang Zhao!" She tried to push him away but Wang Zhao had caught her in place. His big built was pressed against hers.
He nibbled on a particular spot. Sang Qian's breath was getting heavy. She tried to keep calm but it was hard. "Why are you doing this?" She asked through gritted teeth.
Wang Zhao kissed her neck at the same spot and looked at the slight mark that came to life. He smiled in satisfaction. "You should never forget the minor details. You look like a newly wedded wife, you wanted to be." He said as if he wasn't affected by what he did at all. He saw her flushed face, it gave him satisfaction.
Even though he didn't mention it, both of them knew, it wasn't the only reason for him to go this far. It was just a reaction to the built up tension.
She didn't dare look him in the eye. He knew he crossed the line but he liked it when she was cutely quiet. "There is a gift box in your closet, put on some jewelry and come downstairs, I will be waiting."
He was about to leave when Sang Qian's hand brushed against his lips. "Don't play with me." She warned. He didn't care and simply walked away.
As soon as he left, Sang Qian turned to look in the mirror, did he just do that? She stretched her neck and saw a small mark. She cursed and ranted for a few seconds before she calmed herself down.
She was having a hard time calming her body and the memory in her brain and feeling was unforgettable. She pursed her lips with disappointment. "He left it there, he could have gone further. Such a nuisance." She complained and then picked up the gift box.
It revealed the same bracelet he had given her years ago. She frowned. She remembered leaving it in his room.

FLASHBACK-
"Did he really leave?" Sang Qian question with a worried tone.
Mrs. Wang nodded her head. "He did. His father was insisting him anyways."
Qian felt a tug in her heart. He really left just to avoid her. Did he hate her so much? She questioned herself.
"Can I take a look at his room one last time, I have something to return, but since he left, I'd leave it there." She smiled.
Mrs Wang didn't object her. Sang Qian was happy, she ran to his room and opened the door ajar. The room wasn't empty. The books were still stacked like they used to when she was a kid. She smiled, reminded of a few sweet memories from the past.
"Take care Zhao, I will try to move on." She sighed and removed the bracelet around her wrist. Her heart was heavy. She loved this bracelet and wore it on every special occasion. She had to give up her lucky charm. She did. She gave it up.
She placed it near the lamp on the nightstand. "I hope when you come back, you see that I left it here."

PRESENT!
She stared at the bracelet and a humble smile made it's way on her lips. She put it on and satisfaction was deep within her. Why was everything repeating itself in a more intense manner.
He gifted her the bracelet back then, he did it again. Last time he denied it was his choice, this time he made sure she knew he had made some effort. She started liking him even more, getting the wrong idea. She still felt a tug in her heart and knew she might fall for him again. She was at the edge anyway.

Wang Zhao smiled at his friend Reynolds. Reynolds had just a look of any normal white man. Charming, handsome and sweet at the same time. His wife, Mrs. Reynolds was no less, she was rather a sexy and sophisticated woman with a nice and elegant dressing.
"I heard your wife is beautiful. The wedding pictures, she looked amazing." Reynolds said with a smirk.
"Yes, she indeed is pretty. She takes her time getting ready. She might..." wang Zhao paused when Mrs Reynolds cut him in midst.
"Here she comes." She muttered. Three of them turned to look at Sang Qian. Sang Qian looked pretty, with her silk navy sundress. Her hair tied up in a ponytail which in turn gave her a snatched look. She seemed like a model with her tall figure and heels. Her body was just in the right shape.
Her cherry-red matte lipstick was bold and gave her a cold vibe. She stepped down the last step. "My greeting Mr and Mrs Reynolds." She smiled at them politely.
Mr Reynolds smiled back. "Indeed, you're very pretty Sang Qian, also call me Ray, and she is my wife Catherine."
"Oh, Ray and Catherine. Both names was Beautiful. So good to have you here. I am sorry for being a little late, looking pretty takes some effort." She winked at Catherine.
Catherine smiled back with equal enthusiasm. "I was worried, Zhao would marry Mi Chan, he seemed too close to her. That arrogant bitch, nevermind, Wang Zhao seems lucky to be married to lady like you."
Wang Zhao's smile stiffened but he didn't let it disappear. Sang Qian was slightly awkward. She did expect Catherine to know about Wang Zhao and Mi Chan. After all, they were business partners. She smiled and nodded her head.
Mr Reynolds cleared his throat at his wife's statement. "I am sorry she is a little straightforward." He patted Catherine's head. Catherine frowned at him.
Wang Zhao sighed. "Now that you three have greeted each other, let's have dinner and talk over the table, should we?"
Sang Qian smiled. "Sure love." She said with a hidden intent. Wang Zhao raised his eyebrows at her. He smiled and wrapped an arm around her waist as they walked to the table.
"The word "love" coming from you, makes me want to puke." He said in a low voice as they took their seats. She pinched his hand lightly but the elegant expression never left her face.
Wang Zhao flinched. He replaced that expression hurriedly with a calm one. He noticed the diamond earrings and the bracelet on her wrist. He felt satisfied. At-least she was accepting it.
Soon the servants brought some wine. Wang Zhao looked at Sang Qian. "Don't drink much wifey, You always end up getting a headache."
She smiled and nodded. Catherine smiled at their interaction. "You two are a perfect example of a newly wed. So awkward yet sweet." This made Sang Qian burst into laughter for no reason.
Wang Zhao and the other couple stared at her. "What's so funny Sang Qian?" Mr Reynolds asked.
Sang Qian couldn't explain why she was laughing herself. The more serious she wanted to be, the more she would laugh. She looked at Wang Zhao who had a serious look. She couldn't control the smile on her face. "I am sorry, I um, found that funny. The comment."
Wang Zhao shook his head. "Let's eat." He turned his head to take a final look at her and she was still laughing. He felt light and peaceful for some reason. Her laugh was soothing to him.
He was satisfied and failed to notice the small smile on his own face. "Where did you guys first meet?" Catherine asked.
"At the orphanage." Sang Qian said in an instant. She froze. What did she say? Did she just say something he didn't remember at all.
Wang Zhao who was about to say something else, paused. He turned his head to her. "Really? You were just five when we first met? When did you go to the orphanage?"
"I mean, there was an event, probably at the orphanage." She smiled awkwardly. She was tensed inside. She should not reveal her past to him.
Catherine nodded. "So you both know each other since you were young? Must have been a deep and interesting relationship." She commented.
"Indeed and interesting relationship we have. You can't imagine the tug of war between us. I can't believe I am married to him. I have been in love with him ever since I stepped into my teenage. He left the country and when he came back, we decided to get married." Sang Qian said as she lifted the spoon to her lips to sip the soup.
"Yes, I proposed to her as soon as I returned." Wang Zhao smiled.
Mr. Reynolds frowned. "Don't mind me, but I thought there was something between you and Mi Chan." He raised a brow when he noticed Wang Zhao's undifferentiated expression.
"Almost everyone had the wrong Idea about us. I don't mind." He turned his head to Sang Qian with a meaningful gaze.
Sang Qian smiled sheepishly at him. "Makes me jealous. I should have been there by your side."
"It's clear from your expression wife." He emphasized the word "wife" and she passed her a look.
