Xiangin holds tightly to her husbands hand as she has a hard contraction.

"Ok sweetheart push her head is almost through. PUSH!!!!!" Moll tells Xiangin as she helps they baby to out. The baby let's out a loud cry when Moll suctions her nose and mouth.

"This little one has a great set of lungs. " Dude teases his wife as he kisses her forehead.

Moll hands the baby girl to Xiangin as she finishes up taking care of mommy.

"Alex ,William Xiangin is bleeding to much come and help her . Since we are here I do not have the meds to stop the bleeding. The herbs needed are not available right now either." Moll sends the boys a silent message. Alex and William look at each other and stand to go upstairs.

"Alex what is wrong?" Lilli asks Alex.

"Moll asked us to help Xiangin, she is bleeding to much and Moll has nothing to stop it. We need to go help her. Can you guys do your thing here while we are there?" Alex asks quietly.
