Chapter 29 - The Pirate Captain

"I can't swim!!" she desperately shouted to Raymond.

"Just jump, I'll get you," he shouted loudly.

Eloise glanced down at the turbulent ocean. It was at least a few feet below her. If she fell down, it is highly possible to break a few bones. "Fine, I trust you." she let go of the rope.

But a hand to her waist stopped her mid fall.

"aghh! Let go of me!" she desperately hit the pirate's shoulders.

"Whitey, did you think a small stab like that can stop me," a mellow voice whispered next to her ear.

'No way....' She glanced up at him in shock. "How did you..... How did you even survive?" the pirate was soaking wet but somehow he climbed up to her at such a speed.

The flashy pirate chuckled loudly. "A pirate always has his ways, little lass."

"Let go or else,"

"Or else what?" he looked at her with a wide smirk. "Are you going to poke me again?"

Eloise desperately searched for another weapon but she had nothing in hand. 'Wait, I still have that.' she swiftly touched her hair. The cotton ribbon she tied in her hair was still there. She pulled it out and wound it around his neck. "Or ill strangle you,"

"Oh, power play, huh? I like it. But I refer it if you were tied up I bed," he whispered and slightly kissed her cheek.

Eloise scoffed and tightened her hold. His nerves were visibly popping out, but this guy still had a nonchalant look on his face. 'it has got to hurt.... it has too...'

Feeling her doubtful gaze he whispered, "Lass, I have experienced worse than this. A small ribbon can't take my life,"

Eloise bit her lips and watched Raymond's figure grow distant. 'I fucked up big time. Goodness, what will this bastard do to me,' she subtly looked up at the pirate holding her.

"Admiring my beauty, eh lass?" he chuckled loudly. "Starboard incoming!" he shouted.

The other pirates swiftly ran about and opened a small net that was connected to the sails and the mast. The pirate skilfully carried her and caught onto the net.

Taking this chance, she struggled a bit.

"You never learn, do you lass," he looked at her with a disappointed gaze all if a sudden, he hit her neck.

Eloise's tight nerves loosened, and she lost consciousness immediately.

The next time she woke up she was in a dark prison like room along with other aristocratic ladies. All of them were silently wailing and whimpering.

"oy lass, you awake. Boss wants to see you." a pirate knocked on the bars loudly.

Startled, Eloise glanced at him confusedly. "Who? Me?"

"yes you, who else would have to privilege to meet the cap'. Come here," he yanked her up and dragged her out of the room.

The room stank of feces and blood. The other prisoners in other jails cells were wailing pitifully. Some even looked at her with envy.

'Don't let this get you down, Eloise. You are living your second life. You can't afford to lose this one as well.' She kept her eyes straight and moved towards the door.

The pirate yanked her forcefully and out the door.

Outside, many pirates glanced at her lewdly.

Hiding her disgust, she confidently followed the pirate who took her. He led her to the room right below the mast and closed it respectfully after him.

Eloise glanced around at the dark room.

"Ah, the whitey lass is here," a melodious voice whispered right behind her.

Startled, she swiftly kicked the person's shin.

The pirate gritted his teeth and shook the pain off his leg. "Girl, you are the only person who has hurt me thrice and lived to tell the tale,"

"Oh, but I want to be the person to be known for killing a pirate captain. Sounds more gallant, doesn't it?"

The pirate captain smirked at her. He slowly started removing his clothes. "I'll wish to see that gallantry of yours. Shall I miss," he whispered with a sly smile.

Eloise froze. Her hands started to tremble. 'Fuck fuck fuck... this darn guy is going to force me.... mommy I am a pure maiden ah! I don't want to be forced!' her eyes started to tear up. She bit her lips and controlled it.

Sensing her pitiful state, he whispered, "Don't worry, I don't like forcing ladies, but that can't be said for my boys. They tend to be.... rowdier than Me." he plopped down on a chair, half naked. "so don't even think about running out of here,"
