Chapter 17 The Night World

They were all there and it was Lillen, Amber, Nicky, Blake, and Danny.

They were there and they were all looking at Ginger.

"It looks like you were middle of something Blake and Danny."

"Yes, goddess Ginger. We were trying to save Mei."

"Mei, the girl was holding the card that can make her cloak."

"Yes, goddess."

"Please, Blake call me Ginger."

Blake was looking into her eyes and her eyes were like a rainbow and he was in surprise.

"What wrong Blake?"

"I'm sorry."

"There no need for you to be sorry about this."

"I know but I will keep myself from looking so hard but I see that Lillen and Amber are here."

"It looks like you know each other."

"Yes, briefly," Amber said

"From games."

"I can see that you all have more than 50,000 coins."

"You know it," Danny said

"What? I got over 50,000." Amber said

"Yes, I know you had around 32,000 coins."

"I do but I also have over 50,000 coins."

"She means that you stop the nightmare and now you have double of what you got now," Blake said

"I gather you all to talk about the nightmares and why they are happening more frequently."

"Yeah, why is that?" Blake said

"Well, due to the dream world being overpopulated with people from the real world, It had changed a lot."

"How so?"

"It changes into a system that makes anyone that has under 20,000 coins below go into a nightmare."

"And how many people have about 20,000 coins?" Danny said

"It 25% of the dream world."

"How?"

"It because people try to escape from the real world," Blake said

"Why are they trying to escape from the real world?" Lillen said

"It is easy to figure out because there aren't any way to live their own dreams in the real world," Danny said

"But due to that, the real world has all the people there. It becomes a peaceful place and the lands as beautiful as ever before." Blake said

"Right, but it also meaning that they are afraid of their real-life problems." Ginger said

"You speak the truth Ginger but there isn't a reason not to stay here."

"You're right but due to that they will kill themselves from nightmares and that will break their world and then they will be killed by the snowglobe."

"Yeah, and what the deal with that anyway?" Danny said

"It is part of the other world from my own and it is the call the night world."

"What?" They all said

"The night world?"

"Yes, the night world is filled with nightmares and also have cardholders too but these cardholders had the power to kill you and they will break everyone in the dream world."

"So how can you enter into the night world?"

"It easy to enter if you have a card of an emperor or highness."

"And that when we come into play and that means we have cards that have gods and goddess in here."

"Yes, and the same can be said about the night world emperors or highnesses."

"So us four, the ones that have the cards of the kings."

"Yes, the king of spade, the king of aces, the king of diamond, and the king of hearts."

"Why does this make me excited?" Danny said

"It because it is not exciting. It is dangerous and what about the others. The ones from the night world."

"Well, it is still unknown to me but it will be best if heard my warning and it is don't fight these dark cardholders at less you want to die."

They were told that and they had to go back and they will have to keep this to themselves until they get a group of strong fighters and they can fight against the dark cardholders.

Blake was sitting down and he was looking for Mei and he asks her, "Hey ladies, we need your help now I know that you been through a lot but we face a threat that is more than what you just went through and this will help other out and it will make sure that nobody else goes through what you went through."

"Okay." They all said and they had joined them but most of them had some good abilities to track and also location and then some is good as assassination. Blake was confused about them not using their abilities.

But he realizes that they were probably afraid of that player slayer. Blake was moving and he looks at Danny and he put his hand on Danny and ask him a question, "we need our own squad. You take some of the girls and I take some of the girls."

"I agree, but if you need me then just call for backup."

"You do know that a lion is always sleeping but when it came to it protecting its herd then it will destroy everything in its path."

"I see," Danny said

Blake had left with some and then Mei had gone with Blake and Blake like the way that she is looking strong now and it was good that nothing was wrong with her but she seems to feel more powerful and Blake didn't know to feel happy we feel unease.

"I guess, we all must have that now. When it comes to nightmares. I don't if this will end me or save me, but only time will tell."
