A Day of Fun: Part 1

And that was how Tai Yang found himself out of the mall and in the Aquarium. For a great number of years, he'd been going to the Aquarium alone. While Tai Yang was grossly against the enclosure of larger marine life, signing every petition he could to keep the dolphins, whales, and sharks in the ocean, he enjoyed watching the way the smaller fish moved about in the water.

It was beautiful, watching them go about their daily lives without a care in the world. Eat this, rest there, swim around and tomorrow would be another comfortable day like the previous.

Perhaps it was the silence of it since he couldn't hear their swishing or blubbing, or maybe it was the tranquility of the empty Aquarium since people were simply not that interested in aquatic life anymore. He couldn't quite describe it, but the quiescence and the normalcy did something to soothe him deeply.
