Diana's P. O. V
I got a text from June, saying something about hearing my name in the girls locker room from the cheer squad. I didn't want to read into that too much, but I couldn't help but over think it.
The cheer squad are no joke in any school, and it's so ironical that the ones meant to cheer the students are the ones who oppress them.
The last thing I wanted now was to get into their bad books, school was already confusing the snot out of me.
The door opened and closed, I jumped in fright, who could be here by eight pm?
"You okay?."I heard mom ask, I sat up straight and picked up my phone hoping the screen didn't crack. I'd hate for that to happen. It didn't look like getting a new phone was in my stars.
"Yeah, didn't break anything."I said and took her bag. "Am hungry, is there any food left?."Mom asked and sat on the sofa. "I didn't make enough for us both, I figured you'd have dinner over there or on your way back."I said a bit confused.
