Chapter 102

Diana's P. O. V

West didn't turn the radio on, he just kept staring at the road, he didn't even ask what church we were going to. It seemed as though he knew where we were going.

"So? Why did you come to my house? And don't tell me it's to study." I said, wanting answers.

"I care about my grades. That's what keeps me in school longer." He said, his eyes still on the road.

Longer? Everyone wants school to end and go home, why would he not want to go back to that huge house of his?.

He stopped the car at a church. He actually drove us both to a church. Of all the places West could drive me to it had to be a church.

I stepped out of the car, feeling very wonky. What did people do at churches? The last time I went to one was with my class when our class pet died in middle school.

"Let's go?." West asked snapping me out of my thoughts. I swallowed hard and took a deep breath, "yeah." I said and walked inside.
