Chapter 303

Diana's P. O. V

Charleston paid for a hotel room for West that night, West was very adamant about not staying under the same roof with his father's family.

He drove me home, exchanged pleasantries with Makela and mom then drove himself away to his hotel room. I just hoped he didn't make any detours.

"West's father doesn't sound any worse than mine." Makela spewed out, drinking a can of soda.

Makela's taste ever since she started living with us had gradually started to change. She wore less make-up when leaving the house, and started shopping at normal shops. She ate normal foods, and didn't have to call her dietician every single hour.

"Xander isn't like that and you know it!. He'd never betray Michael and you in that way. He's caring and loves you both a hella lot." Mom defended.

Her timed response was certainly interesting, and the way she was so defensive about the topic did raise a few brows.
