Third Person POV

Fred ran down the stairs with the empty juice bottle and went into the kitchen, where his dad and older brother Percy were talking about how Percy was going to be the Gryffindor prefect this year, that's going to make it harder for Fred and George to prank everyone.

Finally a challenge worthy of my skill. Fred thought as he walked to the garbage bin to throw out the bottle not realizing that the talking had stopped and everyone was looking at him. Molly had already told Arthur everything that happened and of course, he didn't mind Krystal staying.

"Fred," his mother called, "did you drink that?"

she asked looking at the bottle that once had pumpkin juice in it.

"oh this," Fred asked casually holding up the bottle then throwing it out.

"no" Fred said as he sat down next to George at the table and started eating.

everyone looked at him wide eyed for about 3 minuets , "is she awake?" Molly asked.

Fred looked up from his plate and nodded his head, then went back to eating.

"why did you take so long?" Ron questioned, "you were up there for about half an hour."

"she woke up when I changed the cloth on her head," Fred said, "so I sat down next to her and we talked, but i think she went back to sleep." he finished.

They all just looked at him confused as to why he wasn't saying anything else.

"well what did you talk about?" Ginny asked him the question everyone had in their heads.

"i asked her how she felt," Fred said, " she said she was feeling better"

"what else?" Molly asked slightly agitated since it was obvious he was taking long to answer on purpose.

"she told me her name and what happened to her."

"just tell us what she told you Fred," Percy said sternly, "this is no time for your jokes."

"alright alright," Fred said, "her name is Krystal, she-"

"wait," Ron interrupted, "just Krystal?"

"I was just getting to that part," Fred said looking at Ron who had interrupted him, "she doesn't know her last name, the orphanage she stayed at sold her file for money before looking through it when she got there."

"so even if she asked, they wouldn't be able to tell her anything." Arthur said a bit sadly since she might never know about her life before the Orphanage.

"she was put into the Orphanage when she was 5," Fred continued, " so 6 years ago."

"So, she's my age?" Ron asked.

"yes, she turned 11 on the 27th of November." Fred answered, "but she told me that they don't really celebrate birthdays there, so she hasn't celebrated her birthday once in the last six years."

No one would say it, but they were all amazed by the fact that Fred remembered all of this, not because they thought he was too dumb to remember this, but actually the fact that he bothered to remember it. They knew Fred was smart, and didn't doubt it, but he never really cared enough to focus, or look into more serious matters, never mind the fact that he's still 13.

In school he and George did well, and achieved high grades, he learned what he had to learn, but wasn't really as invested in it as much as, Percy for example. There were a few subjects he was better at than others, like Defense Against The Dark Arts .

George was more of an intellectual and would handle the aftermaths of their pranks, so they wouldn't be surprised if it was George talking right now, he thought of the consequences and took them into consideration more than Fred did. perhaps they forgot the fact that Fred chose not to listen most times. He wasn't really as caring toward people if he didn't think they deserved it. But it was Fred who had asked her how she felt, and it was Fred who wanted to cheer her up.

They wouldn't call him a cold person, just not as sympathetic. He might say hi to someone, but wouldn't stick around to start a conversation unless he found you interesting. He was still a nice person though, and showed respect, he was just very bold. It also surprised them that he hadn't pulled some kind of prank like he usually would. Little did they know that it was just until Krystal got better.

"she doesn't remember anything from before except for her name and her birthday," Fred spoke, "because the day she woke up at the Orphanage she found a necklace and a note, and in the note, on the top corner, it wrote the date November 27th, 1984, and it said happy 5th birthday Krystal."

"is she sure that the note was meant for her?" Percy asked, and they all looked at him.

"what do you mean?" Ron asked.

" I mean what if she put it in her pocket to give someone else, and then she woke up in the orphanage without her memories. technically we can't really count on a note, because it doesn't necessarily mean that it was for her." he explained another possibility, that clearly would have made things worse for Krystal.

"You always were the optimist." George said in a sarcastic tone, speaking for the first time during this conversation.

"I'm just saying," Percy went on, "it's a possibility. one that we are going to have to keep in mind. Krystal might not even be her name."

"oh i almost forgot, there was a picture of her cutting a birthday cake folded in with the note, and on the note it said love mom." Fred said nonchalantly.

"well thank goodness you didn't forget." Percy said with a sneer and an eye roll. He didn't like the fact that Fred left that part out on purpose knowing that he would start coming up with theories.

"anyways as I was saying," Fred continued, "we talked, and she told me what happened to her."

"she told me that a girl from her orphanage got an old dagger," Fred spoke as he put down his fork loosing his apatite, "she followed her outside, and stabbed her."

"That's Horrible." Molly said feeling anger towards a person she hadn't even met.

"But she told me," Fred went on, "that she thinks it was all Agathas idea, and she was the one who told the other girl to do it, but shes not sure."

"Agatha?" Arthur questioned his son not knowing who that was.

" That's the orphanage keepers name."

"Why would she think that?" Percy asked.

"Because Agatha hated her for some reason, and treated her horribly" Fred answered.

"Just because she didn't care enough to hide her hate towards her," Percy started, "doesn't mean she wanted to kill her. She shouldn't just go around saying it was her. That could affect Agatha."

"That's why she said she THINKS it was Agatha." Ginny said to Percy annoyed by the fact that he was basically defending Agatha and changing what Krystal said.

"I'm just saying." Percy said.

"well if you're gonna say something, don't twist the facts." Fred said with a hint of anger in his voice.

"Honestly," George cut in, "Nice job making the victim sound like the bad person in the situation." George finished with a disappointed sarcastic voice.

With that an argument began, Percy was getting defensive, and trying to explain what he meant, but had too much pride to take it back.

"And it's not like this would have been her first time trying to kill her." Fred said, stopping the argument.

"What?" Ron asked.

"Well, since Krystal got was put in that orphanage," Fred said, "Agatha would leave her in the basement of the orphanage without food or water for days, until someone would ask where she was, then she would let her go."

"That poor girl." Molly said sadly.

"that would repeat every few weeks." Fred informed them.

"about the letter from Hogwarts, and the strange magic going on in near the orphanage that Dumbledore told Hagrid about," Fred continued, "Krystal told me that before she got hurt, she saw the messenger owl standing on a branch looking at her with the letter."

They all listened closely to Fred as he continued to talk.

"she walked towards the owl, and as she got closer, she said that she felt stinging behind her ear," He said, "and then, she said the wind around her started go faster in circles like a tornado, and when she walked closer to the owl, she told me that she felt this weird jolt of electricity from where it stung go through her head."

"so was the whole wind, tornado like thing from her?" Arthur asked fascinated.

"She's not sure, But I think it was." Fred answered.

"So she can do wandless magic?" George asked intrigued.

"But that's not possible, wandless magic takes a long time to master." Ginny said, "She's just 11."

"Yah, I mean she's just 11," Ron cut in, "she probably has never seen a wand before."

"she might be more powerful than you think." George added.

"That's not all though," Fred interrupted, " you know how Hagrid said that the letter from Hogwarts that was next to her was a bit Burnt?"

"Yes." Molly said.

"She told me that when she was reaching for the letter this purple streak of what looked like lightning shot out of her hand and set the letter on fire."

"How strange." Percy said interested in finding out how an 11 year old managed to do such complicated and powerful magic.

"She didn't even know that magic existed till today."Fred said.

"It makes sense that Dumbledore wanted to make sure she gets to Hogwarts." Ron said stuffing his face with food.

They continued to eat in silence making small talk every few minuets.

After eating they cleaned up the table and went on to doing whatever they did after dinner.
