The Case in Taklamakan Desert

The sun is a star located at the center of the solar system. It provides heat and generates energy so life can thrive, on earth most especially. But… the heat is something I should complain about, especially when it makes things unbearable in the middle of the desert.

Now why am I in the desert? 

Good question. 

The answer is simple; a mission. 

Three days ago, Sakura-nee informed us of a request made to her by one of her acquaintances from China regarding an unidentified monster lurking in the Taklamakan Desert. 

Why she was asked regarding an unidentified monster was beyond me. But the keyword here is 'unidentified'. Which means, no one knows what it is and what it weakness is. It is dangerous though, after all, the monster is said to have been eating animals that find their way to where it's staying.
