Bell sat on her chair with a scowl on her face as she listened to one of the department heads reporting in front of her with beads of sweat starting to appear in his forehead.

Everyone does.

Every time Bell calls for a meeting, everyone's hearts are never at ease. Bell is just so unpredictable. It is so hard to please or impress her.

She always has that look on her face that always intimidates not only the person speaking in front of her but also the people sitting with her at the table.

It is always hard to tell what Bell was thinking. If she agrees with the person speaking or not. She was always silent and nodded her head either urging the person to continue or that she understands what the person is talking about. 

Unless she has something to say or ask. 

"Why?" Bell asked in a cold tone making everyone in the conference room flinch. Especially the person in front of her whose question is directed to.
