"Who are you?" Briony stared blankly at the man standing in front of her. She decided to play ignorant.
He had stopped pushing the cart that is making that annoying sound, much to her relief.
If Briony has a blank expression on her face, the man standing in front of her bed has an unreadable expression. He just stood there, staring at her, so Briony stared back at him as if they were in a competition.
Briony took that chance to study the man. The first thing she noticed about him was his pair of dark gray eyes that seemed to draw her. She can't help but stare. She cannot seem to look away.
Then there is his hair. It was thick, dark, and messy as if he had run his hand through it over and over again. Or maybe he just got out of bed, but his clothes don't seem so.
