This is a story about 3 childhood friends; Jessica Hemsworth, Alexander Collins, and Kyle Thomas. These three have been best of friends since middle school. Jessica had a secret crush on Alexander ever since they met but she never developed the courage to tell him that until she decided to confess to him on a Valentine's Day when they were in high school.

After four years of their relationship, Alex suddenly wanted to break up with Jessica. Devastated by Alex's sudden betrayal, the 19-year-old Jessica decided to move away.

Another five years went by. Jessica decided to return to her hometown as she had to attend a class reunion as well as a friends' wedding. After five years, the shy and timid Jessica had now turned into a strong-willed and beautiful woman or you could say a complete badass.

At her class's reunion party happened an unexpected event where two ex-lovers meet each other after five years.

Please Be Mine Again

How will we do that? I get that you're trying to cheer me up but how will we do that? You do know that Valentine's is a week away from now right. Even if we start making plans now, I don't think we will be able to prepare till then. And how on earth do you think I will be able to confess to the only guy that I love and to be more precise in less than a week.


Keely flicked my forehead and said, "Yeah Yeah", I know that you're shy but didn't you say that you will help me as well. Plus you're not the only one who's gonna confess so shall we help each other out. Now then, shall we proceed with a plan "Valentine's Confession".


'Haaaaaaa....' I sighed as I looked at her all brighten up about our confession plan.


"Ok fine", then let's go with that. I'll help you and you help me. We'll think of a place to bring them, then have a date, and then we'll tell them how we feel.


Kelly placed her hand on her chin thinking about my idea. "Great, then we'll go by your idea Jessica cause I was planning on bringing Kyle to the amusement park. So I guess it's just you who has to plan her venue.


But why did you choose the amusement park? I asked Kelly in confusion. LOL! Do you seriously not know anything about dating these days? Amusement parks are always a good spot for dates and confessions. Then an idea flashed through my mind that maybe we could go camping at one of her vacation villas. It could be a great spot for confessing. I could prepare the venue in a good setup where we could confess and the have dinner plus we could also go stargazing cause that place that good spots for stargazing. 


I remember Alex telling that he also liked stargazing so we could gaze under the stars. OH MY GOD! I haven't confessed or received a reply yet and I'm preparing for what we will do after. Damn, I need to slow down.


"Ok listen to me Kelly, I was thinking that we could go to our villa near the hillside. Its a perfect place. 


"What! Seriously Jessica, of all places and ideas you come up with camping and on your mountainside villa." Kelly sighed smacking her forehead. 


"Look, I know its not one of the best places but there are many things there we could do. Like a poolside date and stargazing and many things." "I'm still thinking about the rest. Come on girl, help me out here, I also want to make it special." I sat down hugging my knees thinking what I should do since I'm now losing my confidence about it.


I felt a hand on my shoulders and I know it's Kelly's hand giving me assurance. 


"Listen Jessica, how about Alex and you go to that villa and Kyle and I could go some where else. It would be perfect since we wouldn't want to disturb each others date, right?


She does make a point I thought to myself but, "me, alone with Alex in a whole villa, I don't think I can do that." "Oh come on, you can plan a romantic date with him and all. Don't worry, I'll help you with it. So please don't turn this down. I'll handle the rest. Okay?"


I thought for a while feeling that what Kelly was saying is right so I gave her a thumbs up. Cause if I refuse she might just storm off to Alex and spill all the beans. 


Now all thats left is to arrange a perfect Valentine's Day. I wish it all goes well.
