MAURICIO

Becca ran inside the sorority house with her soaking wet clothes. She had chosen to get in on the kitchen entrance rather than the main door. Becca hated to answer questions at the moment, mainly because she didn't know the answer.

"Becca? What happened to you, dear? I thought you traveled to the countryside last night?" Maddie's voice came from across the room and that was the moment that she noticed her sitting on the breakfast nook table and across from her was a man.

Becca raised her eyebrow at the man, who was with Maddie. He looked familiar to her. However, she couldn't make out where he found him since she couldn't see the entirety of him with his sunglasses on—weird sunglasses inside the house.

"Well, it seemed that you were right last night. Something came up that certainly had stopped me from going to my destination." Becca shrugged with her disappointed face.

"Shit, girl, are you okay? What happened?" Maddie asked worriedly.
