Diary 128: The Prayer of Elves

David's eyes are gleaming bright, the cloaked figure walk past him without paying attention to David who has prepared himself to fight, sweat profoundly due to him not carrying his Claymore with him. The moment the cloaked figure turns around, he sees an adult elf with thin cheeks.

He looks malnourished from top to bottom, his shaky legs cause him to stumble and fell before David. The explorer is taken back and immediately checks the fallen elf on the ground. His stomach is growling loudly, indicating that he's been looking for food but fail to find any source of food.

David carries the man toward a safe place, he's uncertain what to do knowing that the man is malnourished. He can only hope to find a stray animal to hunt in the wild while he lets the man rest inside the church. He lays the stranger on the church bench, hoping that he can sleep comfortably on the wooden bench.
