48. A Piece Of Advice From Marlyn

"Are you well? Why are you up so early? I was just about to bring you some warm tea to your room." Said Elie as she watched Alice walk slowly toward the kitchen.

Alice smiled. The woman's face had not turned pale. The cough is gone, too, and now Alice feels better than yesterday.

"I'm healthy Elie. Thank you for taking such good care of me when I'm sick." Said Alice.

"It's nothing Alice. Think of me as your mother. Aren't you the same age as Queen Ariadne?"

Alice nodded. The woman sat on one of the chairs facing the large kitchen table.

Elie walked closer. The lady is giving Alice warm tea. "Drink this warm tea. Are you sure you can get back to today's activities?"

"Yes, Elie. I'll just go about my normal business."

"Well when you're well. Next time don't forget to get enough rest. If there's a problem, tell me about it. Don't let the matter sink in on you."

"Okay, Elie. I'll memorize your messages."
