119. Still Trying To Remember Everything

Two months later.

Now all areas of the island are experiencing winter. The roads were slippery everywhere and there was also a lot of snow covering the trees and roofs of houses.

The air temperature of course feels cold every day. All farm animals are no longer released in open areas. Maybe only horses are still used to drive somewhere.

There are not too many activities in the countryside at this time. The villagers had indeed prepared a lot of dry food that could be stored for food stocks in the winter.

All harvests have also been distributed in every resident's house. The crops include sweet potatoes, corn, rice, carrots, and wheat seeds.

But the fastest rotten is the carrot. So carrots are always the first food at the beginning of winter like this.

Carrots can be cooked just about anything. Carrots can be cooked as vegetable soup, stir-fried, or can also be processed into fibrous foods.
