157. The Last Night For Avery

Avery entered Alice's room. But before he actually entered Alice's room, he felt that he was being followed by several people.

And Avery glanced back and around the hall.

It was dark, but Avery could only sigh. He was sure that someone was following him. But Avery only thought that the ones following him were some bodyguards. He didn't think Ariadne was following him.

Then the man entered Alice's room and didn't lock the door from the inside. Because Avery thought it was very quiet tonight.

Alice was seen sleeping soundly under a thin blanket. The moonlight that peeked in from the gap in the bedroom window shone on Alice's face, which looked very beautiful.

Slowly, Avery gently stroked Alice's brownish-blonde hair. He sat on the edge of Alice's bed.

Alice opened her eyes. "Umm, you? What are you doing here?" Alice asked in a voice that sounded a little hoarse.

Avery smiled and gently stroked Alice's cheek. "Long time no see you."
