Robert was a young soldier whose plane was shot down during a combat in China.  Then, he encountered something incredible that gave him superpowers.  He would become a "Legend" that lives on.... But where is he now?  
  Jack is a New York City detective who doesn't play by the rules.  After an incident at work, he starts to come across mysterious people and receives strange requests. He will soon realize, these people have evil plans, and they are quite impossible to defeat.
  Unless, Jack can recruit a team of people with special talents, including a "Legend" who never dies. Together, they may have a chance to defeat the villains.
  Can they find the "Legend" to join the team? Can they control the damage that's about to happen?

Damage Controllers

After just about 20 minutes, Matt comes out of the surgery and walks into the hallway.

"You are done?"  Jack asks immediately.

"Yeah, well, he is the weirdest patient I've ever met.  I said this is going to take several hours to get each little needle out, but he said just go ahead and cut it out of him.  I'm... almost passing out with all the blood and gore.  Ugh!"  Matt takes off his glasses.

"Can we go in?"  Jack asks, but Rosanne already pushes the door open and goes in.  Jack then quickly follows.

Jack is shocked to see that Robert is sitting up straight.  His entire upper body is bandaged and his blood already seeped through the gauze.  The gurney he is sitting on is quite bloody as well.

"Good lord, Bob! If you just want someone to cut you open and scoop it out, I guess I could have done it for you.  How the hell are you still.... oh..."
