Robert was a young soldier whose plane was shot down during a combat in China.  Then, he encountered something incredible that gave him superpowers.  He would become a "Legend" that lives on.... But where is he now?  
  Jack is a New York City detective who doesn't play by the rules.  After an incident at work, he starts to come across mysterious people and receives strange requests. He will soon realize, these people have evil plans, and they are quite impossible to defeat.
  Unless, Jack can recruit a team of people with special talents, including a "Legend" who never dies. Together, they may have a chance to defeat the villains.
  Can they find the "Legend" to join the team? Can they control the damage that's about to happen?

Damage Controllers

Colonel Samson on the phone is confused, "Wait, I don't understand.  Why are we paying back money to the losing World War 2 country?  Really, there is only Germany that paid  reparation to us.  Do you just want money back for Germany? Is that it?  But earlier, that guy... Keith Hutchins said, someone over there demanded that the U.S. congress be dissolved or we are ready to lose the huge chunk of lands to explosion going from our Northern border into Texas.  Which one is it?  I don't understand!"

"Ha ha ha ha, yeah, dissolving congress is good.  Let's add that to the list, if you want to rescue innocent citizens and the pipeline."  Diablo replies.

Robert decides to give this situation one last attempt, "Diablo! Listen to me! You can work with Keith.  Why are you sacrificing yourself?"
